Lincare was contacted by the doctor's office concerning a wheel chair for my wife. After a few days I contacted them and they claimed no orders. I contacted the doctor's office again and orders got resent. Another week goes by no contact by Lincare. I contact Lincare again, once again they claim no ordrrs. I have used this doctor for years and if they say orders were sent they were. I go to the doctor's office the next morning, they show me the records and the receipt for the orders, plus they resend the orders for the third time. I call Lincare and again the clerk says no orders. I explain what is going on and the fact that my wife is undergoing treatment for cancer and needs the wheel chair due to the cancer supposedly mestaticizing to her hip. She acts like she doesn't care. I go a couple days later and but the wheel chair out of pocket. My next recourse is to contact my insurance company and inform them of the poor performance of the people they contract with
I have stopped in this pharmacy on three occasions and did not find the staff to be professional, courteous or respectful in offering assistance on two visits, and definitely did not readily offer assistance on the third visit, it took a while shockingly. That is no way to run a business successfully....I never want to set foot in there again, EVER, even though the item I need can be found there. I would MUCH rather take my dollars elsewhere.
Took my wife there for a spinal injection. They wanted payment up front for the procedure, delayed admission until they got it. They offered a 20% discount if paid by credit card now. They doubled the actual patient responsibility (supposed to have gotten this from Insurance company) , but word to the wise, I NEVER got the 20%. And the procedure was 3 hours late, because the Doctor went on to the next Patient, because he didn't want to waste his time. The whole experience was turn off. Took months to get any money back, when I asked to get an itemized bill, they sent one $1700.+ more than the one they sent to the insurance Co. All I got was double talk about the 20%, even though I had the receipt with the 20% spelled out. After hours on the phone with the billing dept., just a waist of time. They kept my money from January till April , never paid any interest, never paid the 20%. We will never go back there!! Definitely a for “PROFIT” hospital.
This er is the worst in florida, somone was shot in the facility today and it took me hours before seeing my pregnant wife, eventually she was finally released at 12am. Worst experience and i will never be a patient here again. Very disrespectfull staff!!!!!
Our first visit to this hospital went so well, we wanted to leave a review. We were picked up in the parking lot and driven to the ER entrance in a golf cart. We checked in, electronically at the ER desk. My husband, who was the patient,had his vitals taken, then was taken for a CAT scan, returned by wheelchair to the ER waiting room. Then taken back for a exam. He came back to the waiting room for the 30 minutes it took for the CAT scan to be developed, we were taken back to see a Physician assistant who then had the results and medical advise was given and we were on our way. Total time in ER was 2 hours. There was a steady flow of people and everyone was treated expeditiously. I liked staying in the lobby instead of waiting in a exam room. We had a tv to watch and the time spent was not so terrible. Our visit time was mid week, mid day.
I have been taking my children to Premier Pediatrics now for 2 years. Dr. Eunus has been a father figure to her and the compassion he showed made a major portion of treatment.
I don’t like to take any risk when it comes to my child’s health. That’s why Premier Pediatrics is the only name that I can rely on.
Excellent, very private setting. No one but the doctor and you. Got my recommendation after a thorough exam. Thanks!
Went in this hospital dragging my right leg, severe pain from a past spinal fusion. Gave me a cat scan. Then they said the Dr. didn't put any notes on the report. Sent me on my way. Returned the next day with unable to barley walk. When asked for a wheelchair to get out of the car, the nurse sarcasticly asked me how I got in the car! Nurses /staff were unprofessional, rude, insecure, uncaring, no empathy, no compassion, I never did see a Doctor, or talk to one. Couldn't order a MRI because they said it wasn't a emergency! Discharged me. God help anyone that goes to Ocala Reginal and West Marion.
When my daughter fell sick and had a cough and cold I take her to Premier Pediatrics. They took very good care of her and she recovered very fast.
