This guy is just rude and nasty. I find it hard to separate peoples attitude from the level of service they can offer. Dont support this business - he is mean and likely prejudice
Terrible job sloppy and rushed! Rude and uncaring staff! Cut me more than once no apogy didn't even offer to put alcohol on the bleeding! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Lisa was my tech I had to ask her name,because she acted like she didn't even want to talk to me, I felt like cattle that was being herded through. I asked her to replace my acrylic toenail she refused and just slapped some acrylic over it, I didn't feel valued as a customer, she acted like she didn't like me her service was so so, I paid and tipped her but I won't be back, money is not an object I just didn't feel it was money well spent. I could get the services done for free in my salon but my salon was closed today, I don't mind paying because I don't want to drive back to work on my day off. I am very easily pleased but this nail tech is extremely unpleasant I won't be back!
Suni is awesome! She does amazing color, highlights and uses products that keep my hair healthy and beautiful! I get so many compliments on my hair! Jenny has done my uncle's pedicure for years....excellent job! I travel a great distance to get my hair done and it is worth it!
I've been going to Modern Nails for years and have not had a bad experience yet. I regularly get Tony for my services especially Pedicure he is awesome no one does it better. I would definitely tell all my friends and family about modern Nails and *Tony!!
First they ask if this is a voucher so they know exactly how to treat you when you get there. After several attempts of trying to get an appt, when we get there the lady says it's gonna be 2 hours before she could get to my wife's nails. We even got an email confirming the appt and ended up having to leave with no service after getting there on time. The woman there didn't care one way or the other. I run a business and I understand that things happen but you just don't treat customers like you don't care about them. Why would I refer anyone back to this place, hmmm.
The wait is forever. Customer Service is Dead. If you're spending money or not, respect is expected...
This place is good as long as you go to the right person. The 3 women do a better job than most of the men there. The older guy did my acrylic manicure and he cut me twice while using the machine, not to mention he did not do a good job with my manicure.The cuts stung even more when he placed the acrylic chemicals and nail polish over it. I did not want to upset him by telling him I did not like the job he did but I just dealt with it. A week and a half later, I went for a fill in and he cut my middle finger again! I did not want to be rude but I will have to make myself more clearer when I come in. I do not want him to ever touch my hands again.
I made an appointment at this place a month ago because she was booked. I arrived at the designated time and she couldnt find my appt. When she finally finds it, she laughs and says she knows what happened. She then tells me if I would wait - I expected a few minutes waiting but then she says it will be an hour. I told her that my appt was for 11 am & I rushed over to get there on time but she didnt care and was rude and uncaring - what happened to customer service??? She's the only one there and I can see why - who would want to work at such an unorganized place & with such a *itch!!!
