Overall
poor management

every time i go into this kroger in oakland the milk has not been rotated very well because they never have fresh milk. i was in there the other day and a full shelf already had discount pricing because it was old. if it is a sunday then the milk that is out has a buy by date of the next sunday. most other stores have milk with dates at least 10-14 days from the date you are there. it is almost like the store management didn't know that oakland is a rapidly growing town and there are a lot of people that live there now. maybe if their customers started going to the new walmart they might notice. because of this, i go to the schnucks or kroger in lakeland.

Overall

Very unhappy with the pharmacy.... Called in my Rx, went to pick it up after four hours and was told it would still be several hours. There was not one person in line or at the counter. They finally said I could come back in an hour...I do understand there can be a wait time but what bothered me most was the attitude of "I don't care if you come back or not". After giving it some thought I called back and told them to cancel because I would transfer my prescriptions back to Walgreens. The response?? " okay. Thanks "...at least Walgreens pretends to care and they only need an hour. If Kroger doesn't care then that's okay.... There are other places to go!
