I came in a few months ago to sell clothes. They were very busy and told me that it would take a few days. They called me back a few hours later to tell me that they were buying $33 worth of clothing if I took the store credit. I thought that was great and told them to donate the clothes that they did not buy. I went to buy some clothes a few weeks later and the $33 credit was not on file and there was no evidence that I sold clothes since 2015. The girl at the register told me the owner would call me tomorrow. Never received a phone call, so I called. I went back and forth with the owner and cashier trying to figure out what happened. They never called me back. After about a week of this, I decided to give up and write this review. It is disappointing because I bought a lot of stuff there. It probably would have been worth it to just say "we made a mistake and we'll credit you the $33". It seemed like they didn't believe me. I will no longer be customer at Uptown Cheapskate.
