The time frame of setting up and making the appointment was handled very well. However the installation of the windshield in my 2007 colorado had some problems. The foam strip on the inside of the truck was tight on one side and three inches from the edge on the other side plus it was all humped up in places. I called ,complained, they said they would have someone stop next week and look at it ( that was two weeks ago). The days of customer satisfaction are gone.
