1st and last time I will go in this place.... They messed my nails up and when i called to complain ...... They laughed..... They filed the tops of my nails until paper thin.... Then tryed to fix it by clumping gel on top ....... Wish i didnt have to give any star

This salon has everything you need. Angie and the staff is very professional. The salon is relaxing and has a beautiful courtyard and is right off Lake Merritt and on the famous Lakeshore Ave business district.
Everyone is so nice at this nail salon! The owner is such a sweetheart and I love talking to her! My nail tech is a perfectionist and I absolutely LOVE her work! I am a permanent regular here!
I live in New York and I went up to Oakland for work. I found Dina's well i was driving looking for fun. I had an wonder time and they were great help. I would go every time I visit!
This is my go-to nail salon: fair prices, friendly staff and very clean. I really appreciate their attention to detail, which makes it impossible for me to go anywhere else. It was so nice I actually fell asleep. I cannot find any similar experience in this area which is very disappointing.They tend to be busy every day of the week, so I recommend calling ahead for an appointment!
My daughter started to come here when she was just shy of 14 years old pretty much once every 4-6 weeks except in the summer. Now she's almost 15. We've always had wonderful service. Scheduling our first visit, the receptionist recommended one therapist who was the most gentle specialist in their location. That is who we use exclusively.I called up today to make her first appointment back after the summer but couldn't remember the specialist she uses. I'm a little challenged when it comes to names. Being relatively new to waxing and still young, my daughter only wanted to go to her regular therapist. Something like this has happened before and the receptionist just checks our account on their system and can see who my daughter has been working with. I called up today and talked with someone called Theresa who said it's not possible to look up the name. Well that's not true. I told her we have had it looked up previously. She told me she was the manager and that it's not possible to look it up. So I asked if they use mind-body for their software which I know does store that information. She said they used Genbooks which I've used in my own clinic. I totally know that it's possible to look up that information. So I let her know that I know it's possible to look this information up on Genbooks. Theresa replied with that she was NOT going to look the information up. By now, I'm getting really upset. It's simple request that I'm asking not to mention we've been their loyal customers for over a year. So then Theresa, this supposed manager, hangs up on me. So I call her back and ask for her manager. She tells me she is the only manager. Again this is totally not true! We will never go back to this place again. To treat your loyal customers like this is totally unacceptable.
