I really thought I was done with this dealership after getting rid of the Jetta that I returned because of the whole diesel fraud back in April 2017. Well the third part agent didn't tell me I need to go on the DMV site to change ownership. Got a letter from DMV that the registration is still in my name and needed to renew the registration. Called DMV left a message and two days later Brian calls me to get that take care of. He was to send over the authorization form via email and told me to call if I didn't have it. Well I didn't get it........
The first sales rep I got kept saying Brian isn't there yet I JUST talked with him 60 seconds ago. I tried to explain that I had just talked with him and if he could just go check who handles the dmv registration changeovers. He left me on hold until the phone went to voicemail because he simply didn't want to deal with finding the right Brian or connecting me with someone who could help me......like Felinda, the manager. Then I called back to get ANOTHER incompetent employee who got me over to another employee who left me on hold for so long that my phone call AGAIN went to voice mail. I called back a third time and this time asked for the manger Felinda. I asked to speak to her directly. I was patched through to her VOICEMAIL. So I called back to get her on the line. At this point I'm livid and rightly so. So I kept calling back until someone would get off their a** and actually do something to help me. That took 10 call backs until some found her. Seems that the only way to get anyone to respond at VW is to be the squeaky wheel. Niceness doesn't work at this dealership.
I truly hope that this place goes out of business. With the way I have been treated there starting with the guy who leased me my jetta in 2013 to today, I truly hope that no one else has the displeasure of dealing with their rudeness.

Allow me to say that I foolishly avoided the VW dealership service because of really horrible treatment we received in Georgia. But the moment I walked in, Matt immediately took care of helping me. I felt that he was patient, communicative, clear, and understood our situation. He followed up repeatedly and I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer care I received. They have swayed me back!!

Dave and John (in finance, not sure if this is the right name) were wonderful. For the first time ever, I found the experience of buying a car actually pleasant. Kudos! We can easily recommend your dealership to our friends. And.... I love my new Jetta Sportswagon.

Im very happy with service! I brought my daughters car in for service, the car was finished on time, I was informed of the procedure from start to finish, no surprises at all. I wanted to check out the CC, which is why I took daughters car in for her. Great car, learned all about the bells and whistles, coming back to purchase it for my wife. The staff in service and sales seem to enjoy the jobs they have, and really love the product they are selling and servicing. The staff is funny, and I had a good time hanging out waiting for my daughters car. Easy in, easy out.

I have bought 3 cars (1 new bugs and 2 used jettas) from Oakland Volkswagen. I have had a GREAT expereince each time with the salesman who were well informed and fair, but not pushy. I have then also serviced all my cars there. The service department is excellent and flexible (Marina is wonderful!). I have even had to rush in for a few things, and they have always worked it out to fit my schedule. They make owning a VW a pleasure.

I consider myself lucky to have found a local Vw dealership that treats me like i own the place. The sales staff was totally funny, but professional and knowledgeable. i was in and out with my new jetta in like an hour, it was awesome. 5 stars, totally reccomend.

I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no pressure , I would say from start to finish 1 hour, includes test drive and negotiations. It was very smooth and no slimy people, I thought a monster was going to come out of the closet from the reviews. I'm always for the underdog so thank you for my new car and a great experience!
