        Overall

        Driver parked a 40+ feet truck in one of the two traffic lanes on Penniman Ave. in Oakland - for an hour and 45 minutes! He took exactly one forklift load the market. A great way to destroy the reputation of Pitco and of the corner market that is the customer.
