This is the most horrible photo place I ever dealt with

This is the most unprofessional and unethical photo lab I ever dealt with.

I recently had reprints completed of my baby pictures, however I was not explained the extra pricing and was charged $300+ bill or around $3.50 per a reprint. When I called to ask about the charges, the owner was extremely impolite and unprofessional. The owner explained that she had other customers and did not have time to explain extra charges and that she refused to hand back my negatives.

On top of it all, it is a family run business & on several occasions I had several family members who did not know pricing or other basic details. This causes a lot of over charges and mistakes.

Basically, I would not hand over my negatives if you want to be charged fairly.

I've had excellent results at Ag-Photo. As a professional photographer looking for the highest possible quality, I've been very satisfied with Ag-Photo's service. It's a family-run business and I've received great service. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this place - ethically unsound

I could not have had a worse experience at this place. After my parents' home was destroyed, I went to this store with the one remaining original photo from my parents' wedding. As I was merely trying to have them scan the photo and make a single print, the woman explained to me that it was her role ""to make as much money [from me] as possible."" I said, you understand my situation, don't you? And she said yes, this is how she's been in business since 1986. What a horrible place! I walked out, to say the least, and will tell everyone I know to avoid doing business in such a value-less environment.
