The worst customer service ever! I can not believe you would leave a disabled person without propane over and over again. I hope your company suffers you LOSERS!
called for water heater inspection. Service Tech disconnected thermocouple and tried to insert device in control valve port. He crossed stripped the valve port and unable to insert the device. He then decided that the problem was the thermocouple with no further test. Now the new problem is thermocouple valve port needs to be re thread.
