i went to the dealership after hearing on Radio staions and sales person Kumar was very quick to end up selling me a car only the one he showed me,my payment was lower then before ,my credit 660 but i got rate over 16 %.,empty fuel light was on when i went home ,couple weeks later two tires got bad ,had to spend over 300 dollars for that ,even wipers wee bad ,baught that too over 60 dollars,month later in jan 31 2017 engine light came on , a service station fixed that charging me over 784,but engine light was still on ,they told me to take to chevrolet dealership service dept ,so i took it to Fremont Chevrolet on feb 2,2017 and now feb 3,2017 ,they still checking my car estimating another over 340-dollars,people you are the judge ,did i deserved this kind of car,tell me.
Love National. Once you sign up for their program the process is so quick. You walk out to the emerald island and pick out any car you want, then drive to the exit, hand them your driver license and credit card and on your way. No lines to stand in and you get to see the options of cars instead of having a clerk select for you.I have rented from other firms that require a receipt of my gas purchase, never happens when I rent from National.
My service was great! However our Intermediate selection wound up being a Dodge Dart. The car's overall performance was okay but lacking when in city traffic. Shifting gears on an automatic should not be that rough a ride. In hindsight, should have upgraded.
I recently rented a vehicle from his location, for a 16 day use. I was a little disappointed that I had specifically requested a Toyota Rav 4, which WAS a choice, 4 months in advance, and when I got there, one was not available. I was pleased that I DID get to choose my vehicle. I/we chose a 2017 Ford Escape. Great car, and got great gas mileage. There were three things that I didn't like, though. 1. There were two , stupid, no smoking stickers stuck to the vent area. Not 1, but 2. That SCREAMS rental car when someone looks through the window. I like to blend in when I go places, and not stick out in a rental car. 2. We didn't notice until we drove away, that the inside windshield was both dirty, and had some kind of armor all residue on it, on the passenger side. Not good when driving into the sun. 3. The 'washer level low' message kept coming on, upon start up. We bought a gallon of washer fluid to top it off, but it still came on. We were thinking that it was for the rear window, but couldn't figure out where to put it. (we have a 2014 Ford Explorer, and it wasn't in the same place as that, so we didn't delve too deeply into it whereabouts). Other than that, Check in was a breeze, and return was even more simple! Great overall experience.
My husband and I have rented from this location several times, they have by far exceeded our expectations in customer service every time. We want to give a shout out to Courtney for being awesome and amazing. While on our honeymoon our car was broken into, when we arrived at the rental location she just knew what to do, she and her staff were over the top. Thank you all for providing us with the right solutions, when we just weren't in a place to find them.
I stood in line for about 15-20 minutes and when I finally reached the person she asked if I was an emerald club member and I said yes. I was then advised I didn't need to stand in line I could go direct to the lot. When lines were forming I feel like she should have advised emerald club members could proceed to lot. This would have saved me and others time. Once I did get to the right place things went quickly.
Mr. Pena assisted me in finding the right car for me. He made sure I was placed in a car that made me happy and a car that I felt good about. It was quick, easy and fun! Thank you soooo much for your help Mr. Pena. Paul Blanco has an amazing program!
