i hated to give them only 3 stars, because the food was delicious, the cashier who took my order today was very good, and the young man who cooked my food did a great job, what made me unhappy there had nothing to do with the food. after we ordered our food, we got seated. i went for the bathroom, i found the door unlocked. when i went to push it open, a woman who turned out to be an EMPLOYEE pushed the door shut. i figured, perhaps some child was in there and forgot to lock the door when she went to the bathroom and was trying to re-dress herself or something, and that's why she pushed the door closed. i went back to my seat and waited about 5 more minutes. i went back to the bathroom again and the door was still unlocked. when i tried to push it open, the employee was still in the bathroom - and she pushed the door closed on me again- but this time i heard her talking, so i assumed she was on her cell phone. i went to the counter and told them there was an employee on her cell phone in the bathroom and i needed them to tell her to get out of the bathroom before i pulled her out myself. the other employee told her to get out of the bathroom i assume, because then the bathroom was clear. all in all, i waited 20 minutes to use the bathroom. i guess that's ok for me, but what if a lady in a wheelchair or something was trying to get into the bathroom ? they only have ONE for females and ONE for males. that is the most rediculous experience i've ever had in a restaurant, PERIOD. there's just no excuse whatsoever for such inconsiderate behavior.
