This business is rude, they should not be in the customer service business. They decieve you. They explain the installation process and its completely false. They tell you that when you spend thousands of dollars your flooring is guarenteed to be installed within 3 business days. Thats a CROCK.. They also treat their employees like crap. They pick and choose who they wish to disipline. They do not know how to run a business at all.. Stay away from this company.. Its not worth the one star I had to give it.
