JVC Scrap Metals Company

They gave me a written quote on some metal and when I went back to pick it up they told me that they had figured the price wrong and underquoted it. I asked if they would honor the WRITTEN quote or at least discount it since I had to drive so far and now had to pay much more and the lady in the office accused me of trying to cheat them. Then she told me how much it was going to cost so I went back to cut it myself and brought it back to the office to pay her and then she proceeded to tell me to weigh it. She had just given me the price now she wanted to change it again! The metal ended up costing me four times the original quote but I had to pay it because I had driven so far. Very bad service, they argue with the customer and do not honor their quotes. Less than one star and I will never go back!
