Placed a carry out order and didn't get my wings. I wasn't willing to drive back there to get wings while my pizza was getting cold, so I called. Apparently it's MY fault, that's what the manager said anyhow. And no, she wasn't willing to deliver them since they had no deliveries in my area. I'm all for owning up to my end, I should have checked and even did, I just forgot about the wings, I would have been shorted a 2- liter also had I not reminded the clerk. She double checked my receipt before giving it to me, you would think she would have caught the missing wings at that point. Then the supervisor acts like she's doing me a favor by crediting the $5 I spent on an item I WASN'T getting back to my account. 3 stars only because I like Pizza Hut pizza, I won't order from this store again tho, it's not like I like them THAT much more than any other pizza joint.
I don't know if these veviews are taken seriously by viewers. But I still need to express my thoughts. I have never in my 70 years of life, been treated with disrespect by any busness, until recently. At the Oak Harbor Pizza Factory, I paid $13.48 for a pizza. While I waited, the clerk came to me and said I owed about $4.00 more. I got out a $5 bill and went up to the register to pay. As I was about to pay her I said nicely but frustrated, "I wish I would have known that earlier, I would have ordered a cheaper pizza". That comment started the most bazaar situation that I've ever experienced. The owner kicked me out. She made comments and gestures that were unappropriate. I even asked her, "why are you being rude to me, I'm not being rude to you?". If she treats her customers this way, I wonder how she treats her staff? Thank you for listening.
The Oak Harbor Pizza Factory has very poor customer service. I've never been treated so rudely in my life, and by the owner no less. I didn't even get to try the pizza, as my mother and I were kicked out simply because she changed her mind and wanted to order a less expensive pizza. This was AFTER (a nice girl) had said she made a mistake and we owed more money. The owner came over, I assume thinking we were complaining about the price's (which we were not) and said "if you want a cheaper pizza you can go to... (another place in OH)" Then began yelling at us, saying rude things to my mother and telling us to "GET OUT!" Really??? Kicked out??? I thought people were only kicked out of places for things like yelling, having a foul mouth or inappropriate clothing. We were the ones being yelled at! I am still stunned over the lack of professionalism. From reading other reviews, It seems like I am not the only one who has had an awful experience in dealing with the owner.
The customer service here is great! No matter how crazy your order is, they don't even blink an eye. The owner is very kind and personable. The pizza is good and reasonably priced.
