Oak Grove, MO - Had a hard day yesterday. So my family and I decided to stay home and order pizza delievered. When online ordered it and received a call from the manager saying that they were not delivering and if we it, we would have to pick it up. I went in to pick it up, and signed for a voided internet order and she told me that the void cancelled the transaction on my card. Then, I reordered everything and paid for it again. Needless to say when I was checking my balance this morning. The money was not refunded for the internet order. I talked to the manager and she said that the employee messed up and it would take up to 72 hours to get the money back into my account. How can this be? They mess up and I suffer for their mistake, just because they did not want to deliever? Last time I go to Pizza Hut.
