Dr Messner, And Dr Neal Are Amazing Vets! They see our Furrr Babies. Honestly could not ask for any better Vets They treat our Fur babies and our family with respect and explains everything in terms we understand. Thank you for your Compassionate Carr and love for our Furr Babies!

Adopted a dog from them. 10 days later, spent $1000 trying to keep her alive after they didn't treat her and misdiagnosed her. She suffered for 10 days because of their negligence. They saw her 3 times and ran blood work. Missed she was in liver failure.

Her adoption included a spay, which she never was, called about being refunded for the spay and was told no.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years with different pets. I have always had the most passionate loving care for my furbabies. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do in caring for our babies.

I definitely recommend this clinic! They were able to get my injured cat in as soon as I called first thing in the morning and did surgery on the same day! The staff is extremely friendly and showed that they cared for and loved my cat. They were professional and helpful. It was wonderful to get my hurt cat the help he needed so quickly.

My recommendation concerning this facility has reversed. Please disregard my previous post that YP will not remove.

We are 100% happy with all the care our 3 dogs receive at the clinic. Dr. Neal and staff are top notch. The after hours emergency care was awesome. The boarding facility is awesome, it is the first place our husky/lab has done well at. She is very skittish. The bathing is great, our big dog smells so good when we get her back from boarding and our tiny yorkies have had top notch vet care.

We couldn't be happier with the service our dog has received! We happened on the office by chance, but we will now only go here when our dog needs anything. The office is clean, welcoming, friendly, and they take excellent care of the animals they see!

I recently had a few visits to this clinic and I was very happy with the service I received. Dr. Neal went above and beyond to help tend to a major open wound that my cat received when she was lost for 3 months. He could have easily overcharged me, as I would have done anything to get her back to good health, but he didn't. He even waived a few of the office visits to help save me some money. My cat healed way faster than we thought she would due to the area of the wound and I owe it all to Dr. Neal and his staff.

I've used Dr.Messner for 20 plus years he's been my primary vet for all my dogs and cats. Very knowledgeable and caring. Unless he is unavailable during an emergency, I won't use anyone else. You can ask him anything, if he doesn't have the answer he'll get it and follow up. He has people and pet skills.

I boarded my dogs and had no problems. The cage where they stayed had plenty of room for my both boxer and lab to run around together. The kennel was clean, well -lit and smelled good !(very different from other places we have been to). The staff was very friendly and nice. My dogs seemed to really like everyone there and they came home happy!

I would not recommend boarding dogs there, as my dogs were up-to-date on their shots, and somehow they messed everything up, I was so confused, they called my vet to confirm, and I'm not sure what happened, it should have been taken care of in 2 minutes, but, it wasn't, so they gave them the Bordetella again, even though they had just had it a few weeks earlier, I had no choice as it was Friday afternoon and we were going out of town for the weekend, they made me feel stupid, and I feel like they lied to me, and made me feel like the liar, than while I was trying to deal with that I had to fill out these sheets on info on you pet, that I don't even think they look at, and they won't keep copies of it so that you can use it again next time you are in. Very bad, uncaring and incompetent customer service.
