This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! I was involved in an accident and brought my car here to be fixed. They had my car for 2 months and still everything was not finished on it. During this entire 2 months I would call and ask for updates and what was going on and Diane would tell me it's too much to explain or she was too busy to tell me everything. They kept my car sitting in the lot while "waiting" on a new headliner to come in..... I asked if they had an estimated date for it to come in and "Diane" could only respond with "it could be a month or 6 months." After much arguing between the shop and my insurance company I was given my car and told I could bring it back when the headliner came in. So.... they replaced the back passenger door with a red door that they painted black to match my car except the inside of the door still had red spots on it they "forgot to paint". The door they replaced it with doesn't line up correctly and the motor for the window barely works. There are kick plates missing in the front under the dash, the passenger seat that they replaced doesn't even match the interior in my car, there are deep scratches on the center counsel of the back seat, they broke the custom LED lighting underneath my seats, and lost other different screws and the flashlight that was built into my car. After a bunch of complaints they said when the headliner comes in we will take care of the paint on the passenger door and look at any other issues you have. Well the headliner came in and they called (2 months I've had my car waiting) they need my car for 1 week. That seems really excessive to fix a few things and put in a headliner but ok i need my car fixed so I drop it off....... FML after 1 week I go to pick the car up and the brand new headliner has black dirty hand prints everywhere and the paint touch up on the door looks like I handed my kids bottles of nail polish and said paint the red spots! There are so many other problems I don't even have the energy to continue this book of problems. Please if you like your car even a little bit do not ever bring it to this shop! Sergio, Diane, Ruby, and the mechanics they are all the worst........ If only I could post pictures of their "repair" job.....
Crooks..Paid $750 to fix Crown Vic. they said it was good engine and worth putting the money into it .I asked them if they were sure it was worth it and they assured me it was even after I told them that I need the car to go back and forth to chemotherapy. 1 week later I bought the car in and the said I blew the engine. They said it wasn't worth repairing so they said they would give me $350 for the car so I had no choice as I couldn't drive the car but to sell it to them.. 2 days later they had the car for sale for $3500.....Please take your car to a dealer ..They are much cheaper than this place
