My doctor recommended a recumbent bicycle for my back. I stopped in after work and non-pressure salesperson suggested two different units. I was sold on the AFG 2.0 - sturdy / great value / fair price / quiet. The rest of the week I tried other places and brands like Schwinn and Performa. That following weekend I returned and the owner confirmed I made the right decision. If it would not have fit in my SUV, he would have delivered it. He even offered to register it for me online. I will DEFINITELY return there and recommend them for fitness equipment!!!!

I stopped in to look at stationary bikes for my husband because I thought it might be a good way to get him to move a bit. While talking to the owner, she suggested that a recumbent bike would be more stable and less strain on his back. They were great, brought it to our home and set it up just a few days later. Needless to say, he has not changed his habits much, but I've now lost 56#s and feel and look pretty good! Thanks to Sports and Fitness. Good products, great value and nice people.

After reseaching several treadmills, we came back to the Sports and Fitness Outlet in Oak Creek. Julie and her husband Chuck (the owners) were very knowlegable about the equipment, and took time to go over the features/models that would fit our needs. They even price matched another store's sale's price. Please support local businesses!

Great service and knowledgable staff! I recently bought a home elliptical. The salesperson did not steer me towards the highest price model, which I had researched and was convinced was the best. Instead, the salesperson suggested I try several different models to gauge the feel and fit of the machine. Much to my surprise, the elliptical I purchased was immediately comfortable as well as lower in price. Sports & Fitness Outlet quickly delivered and assembled the elliptical in my home, just in time for the holiday! The store also registered my elliptical with the manufacturer to ensure the warranty. I highly recommend purchasing sporting and fitness equipment from the Sports & Fitness Outlet in Oak Creek, Wisconsin!

I have gone here many times a year for things such as, ice skates, roller blades and skates, softball equipment, and skiing equipment. Every time that I have entered I was greeted by the owners and they would help me find what I was looking for. I have been extremely satisfied every time. The prices are also great. 4 years ago I went to Sports Authority on 76th street and roller blades were 3 times the amount than they were at Sport and Fitness Outlet.

This is a great place for fitness equipment. About 10 years ago we bought a home gym by Body Solid and it came with a lifetime warranty. We've used it so much we wore down one of the cables and they replaced it with no questions asked! Now we are looking for a treadmill and this is the first place to check out.

I agree with the last review. Terrible business practices. Don't ever purchase anything here. They don't know enough about their equipment. They'll be nice to your face, but they won't hesitate to rip you off.



Bought a home gym from them & found it was missing parts after I got it home to set it up. I called them for help & they didn't know anything about set up or how to assist me with the parts I needed. The owner said she would call back & never did. I had to call them at least 3x before the owner finally called me back. She said there was nothing they could do & would not allow me to return the item. She just referred me to the manufacturer. What a scam this place is! They shouldn't be selling sports equipment, they should be selling microwaves, but even then I wouldn't buy from them.

DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE....I bought a treadmill from them for $1100, they really pushed this item on me because they new I was interested. I was younger & less knowledgable, so they saw that & took advantage. This was my entire IRS refund.



The machine worked fine in the store, but they failed to mention that this machine would not support my weight. I was approximately 220lbs @ the time. The decks were repeatedly breaking & I'd have to order new decks about every 2 months. I can't even sell the thing because I don't have the guts to do what this woman @ the store did to me...which was lie & refuse to refund my money. I didn't even have the treadmill a year & they wouldn't help me. All the woman did was offer to call the company which I already did several times. With all of the hassle I had to go through in transporting this lump of crap myself, sweating in getting it up the stairs & set up they should be paying ME. They stole my $1100 & did nothing to pay any of it back.



Without any surprise, less than a year later I went in that store & they don't even sell these treadmills anymore (or any for that matter... when I was there), which means they obviously don't stand by their products or simply don't even know what it is they're selling. As long as they move product out the door they're happy. The woman that scammed me was a middle-aged blonde woman & I believe she said her & her husband own the store. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. TRUST ME! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE! They deserve "0" stars

My husband and I were interested in purchasing some kind of home gym for our 21 year old son for Christmas. We had an idea of what we wanted to purchase but wanted some advice on what would work best for him. We went to Sports & Fitness Outlet (kind of by accident) and were very pleasantly surpised. I don't remember the person's name who waited on us but she was very knowledgeable on weight lifting equipment and was not just interested in making a sale. She actualy took time to ask questions about our son so she could best serve our needs. After showing us the different weight-lifting benches, she steered us towards a second-hand bench in great condition that was not only within our budget but something she felt would be the best option for our son. The prices in the store were great and I defintely plan to go back to purchase more sports/fitness equipment from them.

I need a treadmill and I stopped at a few places but couldn't get the help I wanted. When I stopped here, they explained what to look for and helped me figure out what would work best for me. I felt they had a good prices and selection. They were very helpful and I'm very happy with the treadmill I chose.

I have never bought anything particularly big here, but everytime I stop I always feel as if my visit is valued. Very personalized service, they know about what they sell, and the prices are very reasonable
