Great experience. When I had no heat, the technician was there within a few hours of my call. Being single and with limited resources, they worked with me to make sure I had an efficiently running furnace. When I scheduled duct cleaning and service work, the service people arrived within 15 minutes of the time promised, no waiting. Clean, neat and efficient.

I can understand paying at least the same amount in labor as parts. But the labor was $100 more then the parts. $638 is steep for a Senior I'm put in quite a spot my meds will have to wait.

The Technician called in two additional technicians, I've never seen that before and no explanation to me the owner. Technician was alarming and confusing. first he says the pipes were frozen And turns goes down stairs saying now Ill have to start cutting pipes apart to find were the frozen one is. he calls in another Technician and says it's the zone valve.Then another technician was called in . He got here at 3:30pm at 6:15 he hands me the Bill and said if I had put Heaters on earlier it only would have been a a replace if a Zone Valve .

I'm very upset I've Been with Roth since 1997. 2011 they replaced the same zone valve.

You would think loyal customers would get some sort of a break at least a Senior discount. My Plummer gives me a. 15 % break.

Roth Heating's staff was all helpful from the office staff, service technician, sales rep, and installers! They were there for me when I needed a new furnace and honest with their pricing!
