Awful and rude staff. I worked with Caroline while inquiring and signing up for my lease, she was pleasant but I never saw her again after signing the lease. Ive had to deal with the property managers on two occasions. Both of which ended with two different people raising their voices at me. All for simply questioning them on concerns I had. Aside from that I've called (and haven't received responses) because of the excessive amounts of spiders in my house, moisture damage seeping through the walls, the stale smells that fill the home whenever I turn on the A/C, and the fact that they were routing all the lighting in the common area hallway that tenants SHARE through my home causing me to have an extremely high energy bill (the lights stay on 24/7). Awful place to leave. Steer clear and find somewhere better.
This place is not worth the money they are asking now.. rent is up to $880 for a 1-bedroom and they will nickel and dime you for everything else. WARNING: You are LOCKED into a choice of 2 providers for Internet and 2 for TV and the choices are NOT good! Office staff has gone off the deep end and has started playing political games with us. Beyond the view of the geese-filled pond which I like, here's a list of the negatives:- Very questionable trashy neighbors, we had a drug user downstairs from us (They were arrested in the parking lot smoking a pipe!) and we also have a possible dealer next door.- Lots of Indians, most don't speak English and they all drive like they do not have a license and go through the stop signs. They also love to park in the middle and block everyone in the lot. They also let their children go outside and scream nonstop and do not monitor them.- 2 choices for internet (AT&T DSL and Bloom - which is basically re-sold Charter DSL) Since Bloom cannot be reached via phone or offer any support we went with AT&T DSL. Oh and both have download limits.. in fact once you reach the limit on Bloom they will just turn off your modem and won't turn it back on till the next billing cycle. Total crap both of them.- 2 choices for cable (Bloom Cable or Dish Network) - again both are not great, Dish is expensive, just not worth the money.- You will regularly run out of hot water, shared heater - I recommend showering in the evening- They shut the water off A LOT here, they had been shutting it off at least once a week all summer this year for some reason.- The ants were better this year but last year they were horrible and we even had them up on the 3rd floor!- You are supposed to get a free carpet cleaning after 2 years of residency (a once a year freebie after signing the lease). We had been here two years and they NEVER once told us this was available or offered it to us! We found out about it from a neighbor and had to ask for it. They are not very forthcoming with any information.The biggest gripe we have is that we paid for 2 car ports, which recently jumped in price from $22 to $30 a month - Which they NEGLECTED TO TELL US! We never received a letter or warning of the price hike in Nov. So our rent ended up being short by $16 so they sent us a notice that we received on the 17th of December saying that they would shut down our TV CABLE on the 15th of December. EH? We received the notice AFTER they shut it down. Seriously, that is how they operate - it makes no sense - they shut down our TV CABLE because THEY did not tell us about the price hike on the car ports! We even went in and paid (Even tho it was their fault and they admitted to us it was their fault in writing) but they have REFUSED to turn our cable back on until we sign a NEW AGREEMENT with them! Then they acted as if they were doing us a "Favor" when they waived the "SIGN UP FEE". They really have some airheads working in that office if they think this is acceptable to run a business this way.
I've been living here for years but the last few years things have gone downhill. The maintenance is terrible; numerous occasions I called about issues and they didn't come prompting me to call again, if they don't forget it usually takes them about 3 days to get here. When they "fix" things it's not don't properly. They frequently start projects on the buildings and property and never finish; roofs, siding, landscaping. They have swans that live on the property, I am horrified to learn that they neglected them causing one to die. The police had to seize the remaining one as it was injured and left with dirty water and no food in a cage. I will not be renewing my lease!
I have been living here for about 6 months and as we moved in we discovered all the cover ups and hidden issues broken stove moldey walla broken ac when speaking to management all they do is give you the ring around maintenance is a joke no one who works for the company is qualified to be here absolutely loud teens living here that rant and rave while the halls are left dirty the laundry rooms are still broken and like I said I've been here six months and as I'm writing this my damn fan is being knocked out of the ceiling by the neighbors above me stomping around above me Don't Move Here thanks signed William
Renter beware! Please think twice before signing a lease agreement with Springbrook Cercle. I have lived there for over 6 years and have been pretty happy with the place until recently. The staff are usually difficult to deal with, but as of late, they are extremely awful. I live in the buildings that include heat and hot water with the rent. Normally the heat is turned off by late May and not turned on again until cold weather arrives in October. This is usually okay, but not this year! The heat was turned off during a period of warmer weather, but when the temperature plummeted to upper 30's during night and low 50's during day (including 30 mph wind and rain), we the tenants were forced to freeze. Management refused to turn the heat back on. They said that "it was too much work" to restore heat. For a total of 5 days straight I froze in my apartment day and night. I was forced to use a space heater. Many people complained, but nothing was done. All our complaints fell on deaf ears. Meanwhile, Rob Fransway has moved to Arizona and purchased a $5 million home as well as another apartment community down there. He could barely take care of Springbrook Cercle when he still lived nearby. I doubt he will be able to care for it or even care about what is happening to it when he is so many miles away living in grandeur.
Springbrook Cercle rents to the trashiest people in Oak Creek! Springbrook claims to do credit and background checks, however, I can assure you they do not. Do a simple search of any renter in the complex and you will be shocked at the results. Bankruptcies, foreclosures, restraining orders, and lawsuit after lawsuits. To make matters even worse, the renters are loud and disrespectful. For the price of these apartments, you would expect a higher quality renter!! However you cannot expect anything but the very worst from Springbrook. And don't ask management to anything. You will constantly get blown off by the unprofessional, incompetent staff.
DO NOT MOVE TO TIMBER RIDGE APARTMENTS. Sure, it looks pretty & the management seems nice while showing you the apartment. I have lived there for about 4yrs (because I am a single mother who works & goes to school I am unable to move because they continue to raise my rent) & I have had NOTHING but ISSUES. When things are broken you either have to fix it yourself or wait months for maintenance to come & "fix" it. Which they don't. In the 3yrs that I have lived in my 2 bedroom - they raised the rent from $730 to $800. Ridiculous. They added a gym & did some remodeling, however, the apartments are still in bad shape. My ac/heat was broken & they had their maintenance staff in everyday (because I called everyday), but they couldn't figure out the problem. I ended up calling my own HVAC expert to tell the maintenance staff how to fix it. Management has blatantly admitted to forgetting to enter maintenance needs & they do not care about their tenants at all. I have spoken to other tenants currently living there & they feel the same way. The place is a home for teenagers who party & leave the hallways & balconies a mess. Tenants do not pick up after themselves or their pets. The place is NOT a place for respectable individuals & the management staff & maintenance staff are highly unqualified. DO NOT MOVE THERE!
I moved into an apartment that is infested with bed bugs. It took me threatening to take the company to court before they agreed to even pay for half of the cost of the treatment. Very unprofessionally run besides bed bug my apartment is infested with pill bugs and spiders. For the price a pay for this apartment I would hope to get better service. I would never live here and am trying very hard to get out of my lease
