I’m giving an overall 4 stars instead of 5 for Falcon as after fees and insurance I was out $60 for a rental car I had after an accident that wasn’t my fault; the supplement approval process also took 3 full days, and I don’t doubt it would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t reached out to Cora for help and she graciously contacted the department for an update. Falcon Ins Group SUCKS. The adjuster DEREK LINDELOF does not have the courtesy to call you back!!!!! One of their insured hit my wifes car, police report also states they were at fault. They slow walked me for a month and a half saying they couldn't get a statement from they're insured, yet they only tries 3 times in over a month! And one day before the year ends, the DENIED claim saying the driver was using car for business use. Their clients son (Eric) drove his fathers car into my garage door on July 31, 2017. I put my claim in and was advised someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours, never happened. Finally after a week I called again and was told to send pictures and a couple estimates, which were immediately sent. In the meantime my car is stuck in the garage. Have been leaving message after message to Diane Torres, the so called "adjuster" who does not return calls. I called and spoke to Azucena, who refused to let me speak to a supervisor and before being extremely rude and hanging up on me, informed me that they got a confession from the driver Eric, but because he's not on the insurance and it's not his car they can not do nothing to help me. If their client doesn't call them, I will be responsible for my own repairs. They use the excuse that they are not able to get a hold of their client and for that reason they will close my case after 45 days. I'm pretty sure if they put a little heat under their butts and tell them their policy will be cancelled, they would call back. Falcon is just trying to avoid paying out but still collect on people's premiums!I've been leaving messages every single day and no one calls back. They are so unprofessional, rude with absolutely no customer service skills!!
I rarely write reviews, even for negative experiences with companies... however, this one warrants a nasty one.I was riding my bicycle in a protected bike lane, when a man drove perpendicularly into it, causing a serious accident. I hit his vehicle, flipped over, landed on my head and shoulder, and sustained physical injury as well as damage to my bicycle and equipment. I contacted the insured's agency, Falcon Insurance Group, and after four tries, ended up being able to give a brief description of the accident. I was told I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours, MAX. That didn't happen, so I called four more times, once per day, until Korie Whatley answered the call. I asked why my call was not returned, which Korie responded with, "I don't know, I'm now handling your account." Gave a recorded statement and requested information in writing on what to do next. That information was sent to me 13 days later, requesting estimates and proof of purchase. I obtained all the requested documentation and tried to reach out to Korie, four separate times, once per week. That was May 7, 2015. It's now June 12, 2015, and I finally received a call back stating Korie is no longer with the company, and my claim will finally be handled by Melanie. It's an absolute joke that this organization does not care whatsoever about the business they are in, and certainly finds it to be funny when one of their insured clients doesn't respond to their letters or calls. There is a significant lack of Integrity, here. I'm now taking legal action.
I was Rear Ended/ Pokemon GoA kid just turned 18 with Falcon insurance slams into me doing 30 MPH. The Acura dealer gives me the name of 2 body shops they deal with. Got two estimates both were around $3880 and 11 working days to fix. Amanda Caballero Falcon Rep just called and told me they will take full responsibility and will cut a check for $900., And a list of places that will fix my car for that amount. The bumper on my car is 900! I need a bumper,trunk, quarter panel all painted in a special order "pearl white". Claim#IL-16-07578. I should be out of pocket because I want my car repair correctly? What a joke of a company.
This is by far the worst insurance company ever I was sideswiped buy another car but most of the damage was by my front bumper they fixed the front bumper but refused to fix the dents on the side of my car. They said the point of impact must have been by the front of my car and they did not believe that I was really sideswiped because if I was sideswiped there would have been more damage to my car. What's the point of having car insurance full coverage may I add if they refuse to fix the damage. One lady from customer service told me I can bring my car back to go get fixed as long as the repair shop send a supplement form. The repair shop sent the supplement and when I call back so the lady can approve it I find out the lady no longer works for that company I get a new lady on the phone and that's when she told me she would not approve for my repairs on my car. I will make sure everyone knows not to uae them....my poor 2015 mustang now looks like trash.
WORST insurance company ever I have deal with. Employees are unresponsive and rude. My JAGUAR XF was hit by a guy has Falcon Insurance and it's completely his fault. Getting hold of a case manager is a miracle. I have left n voice mails and make n calls. every time I call I have to wait 30 -40 min wait time to get hold of an employee. The incident happened 2 months ago and still they didn't even pay a dime. I would give negative rating If there an option.
They are a nightmare! They just want to collect monthly insurance payments from drivers without doing their job!
I think everybody needs too call the department of agriculture (C.E.O)and make a complaint on them, we want company too close down. This company provide use parts to fix quality cars and very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with consumer. Lets get together and sue them.....contact me asap
I've dealt with the company in 2 different claims in less than a year. When it did come to settle the first claim after months of no communication, adjuster said they would not cover an additional $350 which I had to pay out of pocket to complete repair. And this claim now out of $1350 they are trying to cover $500 only! GOOD LUCK having MichaelMace/JazmineChristopher as adjuster. Seems like every rep hates they're job and this is every 15-50 employed by ceo Michael Parillo. Only tells the work ethic he has himself. After all the company represents the ceo. Always giving the run around, wanting to transfer the call to vm, never return calls, don't consider vms, on hold over an hr everytime, when it comes to speak to one they have a ugly attitude, as if my fault the ppl they choose to insure are the ones damaging my truck in 2 diff ocassions. Seems like the only one option is to sue the company and/or they're insured to pay the damage repair total. Worst insurance company ever! No stars
