        Jimmy Seas is a chef owned restaurant that has been serving seasonally on Martha’s Vinyard for over 25yrs. Jimmy seas makes all of our sauces, dressings, and salads from scratch. All of our pasta and dishes are prepared to order to insure the freshest meal you can possibly get anywhere. The oversized dinners all come with our house salad and home made house or Caesar dressing as well as fresh baked Italian bread.
