Air Rescue Heating and Cooling

Hello my name is Pamela and I've been with Air Rescue since 2020. The service has always been fast, friendly and professional. I trust Air Rescue ONLY with my air and heating needs.

The good: They came out on Sunday and were able to repair the system.

The bad: I paid $341.00 for installation of a $30.00 part (looked it up on the internet after they left) that took 10 minutes to remove and replace.

These guys have a menu of problem repaired with a price next to it. For instance for this capacitor replacement it was $334 plus $79 service call. A condenser unit motor would have been about $100 more, although the part and labor for that enterprise are much more expensive.

Unfortunately, it is 96 degrees and there are children in the house, so I paid up. I was able to bitch about the cost so much they included the service call in the $341.00.

However, it should have gone down like this:

Service call $79.00
Part $50.00
Labor minimum $50.00

Total bill $179.00 this is the fair amount. I paid almost twice that.

Hello, My name is John, Our A/C went out Saturday night , and of course day before Father Day. Went to bed and was Hot all night, Knowing that Tomorrow we had family coming over. I had a large hurdle to over come, I needed a repair man to come out, but did not want to ruin there fathers day either. So I started calling and the first thing I ask was If your a father and have Plains then I'll keep looking out of respect. So I found Air Rescue, I explain to Pat that I dont want to mess up any plains he had and I'll just wait until Monday. He stated his kids were out of town and would be glad to come out, He was THE MAN !!!! He showed up , went over pricing, repaired, great conversation , paid bill, handed him some gift cards and Wished him a Happy Fathers Day !! Pat went above and beyond, and way out of his way to get here. Pat is always welcome back, and I'm in a lot of homes in his area and if anyone need his service I will be happy to give out my best Recommendation !! Pat with Air Rescue !!!

We called several businesses before we found a company that will repair air conditioners on a mobile home. We left a message on Air Rescue's emergency line around 6 30 pm and received a call back within 15 minutes. It was a cool evening so we set up an appointment for the next morning. Pat came when he said he would and gave us the price list for the services. The list was straightforward with no unwanted surprises. We had a cool house before the temp rose that day.

Pat was very knowledgable and helpful in getting a new furnace in the same day I called him. My furnace had a carbon monoxide leak and I was thrilled that I could get a safe more efficient furnace put in so quick. they didn't try to upsell me a bigger furnace or add on all sorts of dehumidifiers and new thermostats. The job was cleaned up and finished within hours and I strongly recommend them for any HVAC needs. the new furnace is a little noisier than the old one, but that is a manf error and not the installers fault. i can't wait to have them put in my AC unit in the spring. look forward to working with them again.

Air Rescue provides the best service in St. Louis. They are always prompt, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help and solve your problems.
