Did a good job but sketcy billing pratices

They try to charge me overtime for being late to their own scheduled appointment. Their service did fix my problem but their billing practices are sketchy at best. Be careful!

be careful they dont care if they made a mistake

had this company install a humidifier several years ago.

i was not aware until i had someone look at my furnace that the humidifier was never installed properly. called mike the service manager and expalined the situation and after several weeks of brief discussions and him telling me he was a consumer and wanted to make things right he advised his owner was not interested in working something out.

said that technician left there and they did not feel it was there job to track him down.

i had several companies out to look at the bad install and they were shocked that absolute did not want to rectify the problem or even send someone to see what my concern was.

not only did i have to leave messages and send pics to mike the service manager he said he would give the number to the local where the installer was and i could complain to him.

i advised mike i bought the system from his company and he said he could not do anything for me

mike may be a good guy as he appeared to be a little frustrated by his owners lack of caring what spotty work they did .

be warned many choices out there and this is one to avoid

if they dont care abiout the work they do how will they care about you .

Poor Cust. Service and Missed Appointments

We called and scheduled a no a.c. call on a hot day...they took a while to answer and seemed less than professional (union shop fyi) and they failed to show up as promised after I took the day off of work just for them...they ""got busier than expected."" No apologies, no one at the place would do anything...I had to call another company and they were actually repsonsive. Avoid this company... customer service nightmare....they left me sweating ""literally.""

Only use them as a last resort

We have a 2 month old house and still don't have our furnace working as it should. Rogers has been out two different times and has cancelled a third trip because they have the wrong part again. The office doesn't seem to concerned that they are costing us money by running our furnace without the zone areas.
