They failed to timely bill my health insurance; and after multiple phone sessions with my health insurance during which a concession was reached for payment of the bill, they sent my account to collections for twice the amount I owed! After the double charge was resolved and I contacted both parties again* regarding payment of the bill, the collection was allegedly "placed on hold." My credit, however, was already marred. After payment was made by my health insurance, they didn't even have the courtesy to send a bill for my remaining patient responsibility-but they let the amount be known to the credit bureau! Fortunately I check my EOB's. I STRONGLY caution against using this facility.
