        EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, TELLERS DO NOT FOLLOW PROTOCOL, EMPLOYEES DISCUSS THE CONTENTS OF PHONE CALLS RECEIVED PERTAINING TO ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS WITH CUSTOMERS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. AFTER BEING REPRIMANDED THEY SHOW MAJOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS PARTIES FOR SPEAKING OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY. MANAGER IS VERY UNAFFECTED BY PRACTICES DONE!!
