My wife and I needed a new car. After being contacted by Dave (Sales Manager) from seeing cars we were interested in on line. Dave and I had talked a few times over the phone where he spent a lot of time getting information on the cars we liked. We made a 2 hour trip to the dealer where he introduced us to Steve a sales person who also took his time and helped us pick the perfect couple vehicles. The deals fell though on them but Dave went to work with his sister store (Chevy) and found another vehicle my wife loved, worked a fantastic deal with the manager of that location and we were so happy just picked up a 2nd car 2 days later. Dave is a man of his word, and this dealership stands behind his promise of beating deals, and then OVER delivers. They went out of their way to make sure our experience was excellent. Feldman Kia sold me a LEMON. They absolutely refuse to help with it. It's had a blown engine for 2 years now. All they do is call me, and whine to remove the car from their dealership. Their misrepair caused the engine to fail, and they're refusing to fix it. WWW.DEADKIA.COM . I've been working with the dealership manager, but he has been very slow to respond.After speaking with the dealership manager, and the service manager, their recommendation was for me to purchase an engine for the vehicle, and pay them to install it. WORST SERVICE. Not only did they misdiagnose my engine, but they let it fail, and want me to pay for it.UPDATE: Jason Curie was going to buy my Sportage back. I produced all of the paperwork, and he stopped returning my texts and calls. Typical management that gets involved with Kia. Just like your warranty. Empty promises. Congratulations. Your dealership has now become the focus of my campaign against Kia, and you'll be added to the site Http://www.deadkia.comJust towed my car out of there. I'm having a new engine installed, and you can bet I'll be up there on your heavy sales days. I'm having some signs made, and I'm working on decals for the car. I'll be driving my Sportage around, and touting it in front of your dealership, driving your customers away. Each customer that sees me and leaves, will cost your dealer thousands, and cost your salesmen part of their paycheck. Are you willing to let your salesmen take a hit, for your inability to properly diagnose and repair a vehicle? I'm also speaking with a reporter at Channel 4. Your behavior has just cost your dealer a lot of money, and bad press.
