Tricho Of Novi

I have always been so picky as to who does my hair and when my stylist of 14 years moved out of state I honestly couldn't sleep. I was so worried about who I could trust with my hair. Upon a referral from a neighbor I went to Tricho and I saw Paula. I felt bad because I was so argumentative with Paula during the consultation about how exactly I wanted my hair. Once I took a deep breath and let Paula do her thing, the end result was a big smile on my face and an even better color and cut then my previous stylist! Thanks Paula. Your the best.

In between taking care of a family and a full time work career I find far and few between free moments for myself, so when I do I try my best to escape to Tricho Salon in Novi. Whether I need my hair,nails,make up or facials they always deliver on each visit. Salon is always clean and the receptionist always are friendly and book my appointments. I can't wait till my next appointment.

I've lived in Novi for years and shopped at 12 Oaks mall for a long time and I never knew their was such a beautiful spa in the mall. I had seen the salon part before walking by shopping but I was not aware of the Spa part of it. Anyways I decided to treat myself to a hot stone massage and it was fantastic. I'm pretty sure on my next visit to try the salon part out as well

I randomly walked in as I shop at Twelve Oaks from time to time and I needed a haircut and shave and much to my suprise I was told by the receptionist that they has a Master Barber to do my hair. I hadn't gotten a straight razor shave since I was a kid so it was quite a treat. My barbers name was Hema ( not sure i'm spelling it right) very nice guy. He gave me a great haircut and a awesome shave. I left their looking and feeling a new man. I highly recommend this place

I get my facials done here by Adriana and my manicures done by Carlynn. I love both of them to death and both are very talented.

I've always had thinning and short hair and always desired longer and fuller hair. I google searched a number of places and Tricho salon popped up 1st for hair extensions so I gave them a try. i got a consultation with Stefanie for Babe extensions and she explained to me the process and the cost. We ordered the hair and she put them in and I've never been so happy. I can't stop looking at my beautiful hair. Thanks Stefanie for making my hair so beautiful.

I don't even know where to start, I've been going here for years. Whether its Carlynn doing my mani/pedis, or Rita hooking my Highlights and haircuts up, or Adriana giving me a facial or any of their massage therapist giving me a relaxing massage, this salon has it all and each of their services are as good as the next. You can't go wrong, I have referred a ton of friends and family here and all of them love it.

I was referred by a friend to go and see her stylist Servetta. I took my friend up on her suggestion and made an appt. with Servetta. Opon walking into the salon it was very beautiful and clean, the receptionist very polite. Servetta's assistant came and gave me a relaxing shampoo and then Servetta came and gave me a consultation and once we got on the same page then Servetta did her majic. The end result was awesome. I can't thank Servetta and Tricho enough. I have my next 2 appointments with Servetta already booked I liked her so much. I recommend Tricho and Servetta!!!!!!!!!

I was very skeptical about going to a large salon in a mall, however, when my stylist of over 5 years moved to Trichos I decided to try it out. The salon has great atmosphere and the people are friendly. Jaclyn is always professional and caring. She does magic with hair cuts and color on customer from teenagers thru grandmothers. I highly recommend Jaclyn and Trichos!

i go to michelle at tricho and i get a lot of compliments on my color. the salon is very nice and big . They provide you with coffee, tea, and these AMAZING gourmet desserts. I went on a Friday. The salon was busy, but not so busy that it was uncomfortable. I didn't know what i wanted, but michelle helped me come up with a great look. Its completely different then any style I've had. Im very pleased. She suggested some great products and i find it easier to do my hair now. First time there and i loved it. .

Im new to the area, I moved here from a small town, I left my stylist who had been doing my hair for years. I needed to get my hair done but I was very very VERY skeptical about letting just anyone do it.
I heard about this salon from a co-worker of. I asked the front desk for an experienced hair dressed who was good at her trade. Stefanie met me at front desk, she greeted me and walked me back to her station. She took her time to listen to what i had to say, Recommended a new hairstyle that would look great with my face shape and body frame. I walked out of that salon feeling like a million bucks!!! Ill recommend Stefanie to any one. The BEST hair cut i've ever had!!!!!!!

I had an Intensive Moisturizing Facial with Inna at Salon Tricho. I travel for work and get facials all over the U.S. and other countries and this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had. Inna is a wonderful Russian esthetician with 23+ years experience. She knows everything there is to know about skin and skin care. Every question I had she answered with a great knowledge of skin and recommended products customized for my skin type. I bought EVERY product she recommended and I am VERY satisfied. I bought a product caled Skin Ceutical -- My skin looks better than it ever has and I would refer her to ANYONE who wants an amazing facial!! The price was very reasonable and they always have specials every month and are very loyal to their clients : )

I just moved here from Canada and was in need of a professional Male Waxing Specialist. My good friend referred me to Inna at Salon Tricho. It was VERY hard to find Male waxing at any salon. I had eyebrows and chest waxed and was VERY impressed with her -- she made me so comfortable and I laughed so hard I barely felt any pain! :) I HIGHLY recommend this amazing Russian woman for any waxing from HEAD to TOES! I was excited to hear she also does bikini waxes for men (I'm going to Miami for a vacation soon) and I without hesitation made another appointment. BEST WAX I HAVE EVERY HAD!!!!

I found her by looking at Luna Studio's City Search page due to all of her amazing reviews. I'm so glad i checked before going! And then I followed her to Tricho when Luna Studio closed. I swear I haven't found anyone else to make my hair lay so nicely. I have coarse wavy hair cut into a bob and if its not done right it sticks out like crazy. I did try other people in between, but they couldn't do what Michelle does for me. Plus, she changed my mind about salon products. They are so expensive compared to the local store's. Still convinced some of it is a rip off, but not what she gave me. She definitly showed me the difference one day by having me bring my shampoo and doing a demonstration on me. I'm really thankful that she made sure she went to a salon that has my fav products so we can still do the same upkeep on my hair. Let me tell you, if you haven't tried Kerastate oleo relax line and you have coarse hair, TRY IT. I've NEVER had such beautiful hair! I'll follow her any where! Thanks Michelle for everything.

I recommend Sammy, Mona, and Shelby. All 3 are great w/ color, Mona is an expert with Up-do's and weddings. Sammy gives a great blow-out w/ a lof of body, Shelby gives an awesome cut. See any of them for great service.

I have been going to Tricho for about a year now, ever since my stylist of several years relocated there. It is a beautiful salon. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly personnell. The front desk is always very polite and offers lemon water or tea while you wait. Not pretentious or snobby. A little pricey but worth it. My stylist is Cheryl, I have been going to her for years and have never had a bad cut. Fantastic stylist. If you want to try Tricho, I recommend her!
