I had a flare up of my diverticulosis which was going on for about a week. My symptoms were severe pain in lower left abdomen and frequent restroom visits, making going to work a near impossibility. I emailed Dr. Shively with my issues and asked that medication be called in for me. My personal history with Primecare had noted my prior medications for this issue. Within 4 hrs, I was notified via text that my prescriptions had been called in to my pharmacy. Within 1 day of starting the antibiotic my symptoms had improved greatly, and with help of the pain medication, I was able to resume normal activities. I can't say enough about the expediency and care that Dr. Shively provided me when I needed help. It was greatly appreciated !!! Thumbs up to Doc Shively and his staff.

Keep on looking. Don't go to this clinic. They charge a new patient fee for everyone in your family ($70) on top of the fee for any other services you need. I was already a returning patient when I took my 5 year old for 2 immunisations. The cost of immunisations was $175 and as my son hadn't been there before they wanted to charged an additional $70 new patient fee even though he is 5 years old and his mother (me) was a returning patient.mdisgusting rip offs.

I was in the office last week and Dr. Shively spent a long time explaining my problem and was able to get me to see the specialist in the same day. I was very impressed with the staff, especially the girls up front who printed me off a map to the specialists office. I would definitely recommend them as a primary doctor. He came to visit me in the hospital with his partner Dr. Zaid.

Dr. Krueger has been our daughters Pediatritian since birth.. She is now our family physician for all of us! She is caring and thourough - taking all the time necessary to find a certain diagnosis. We love you Dr. Krueger!
