Bob Shirock does a great job right now we are going through the core beliefs of the Christian faith. Last year we went through the bible from the fall through Christmas. Big topics and you always learn something. There are many groups to meet other Christians where you are in life and grow in faith.

Church Like It Outta Be

Oak Pointe is a growing non-denominational church which reaches out to the north-western suburbs of the metro Detroit area. Currently they have 2 Sunday morning meeting times and are at the Novi High School. October 21st is the Grand Opening at their new building at Ten Mile Road and Napier.

Bob Shirock is the main teaching pastor who delivers real messages from the Bible. Many of the attendees come just to hear him preach.

The music is a big draw as well, maybe bigger for first timers. They always have the most talented musicians playing cutting edge worship songs and also have a wide range of special musical performances.

The children's program is a huge, well organized and planned production and is the thing that draws many new families to the church.

The real center of the church for the core of the church is the small groups that meet in home's during the week as far away as Ann Arbor, South Lyon, Commerce and Redford but with a concentration in the Novi, Northville, Farmington, Livonia area.

The website has details of these groups, all the programs and even audio sermons to hear what's going on. Visit: oakpointe . org
