        Overall
        They ruined custom made furniture

        We had them clean some quite expensive custom made outdoor furniture cushions. They came back ripped at the seams and the thick navy stipes were faded to large orange splotches.



        They packaged them up so that we could not really see what happened, never said a word to us and took our money. To keep them clean we did not unwrap them until we got home. They are completely ruined and unsalvageable.



        I don't care all that much about getting our money back as it is going to cost us a few hundred more than the cleaning to have all the cushions replaced
