I was staying at StayBridge Suites in Novi after being involved in a car accident- I seen that Guidos was across the street so I decided to order a pizza, cheese bread & Stromboli. I did place my order online & it stated it would arrive in approximately 90 minutes. I seriously thought that would not be the case considering I could see the Guido's store from my Hotel window. EXACTLY 87 minutes later my food arrived & it was room temperature at best!!! I was appalled that it actually took this amount of time on a Monday night & the thought that I could have walked across the street or even called a cab to take me to get my food would have been faster. The sadder part was the food tasted awful! The pizza had minimal sauce & cheese, Stromboli & cheese bread were overcooked & bread was hard as it obviously sat too long.I called the store & barely received an apology for my inconvenience for a long wait & bad tasting food!! A very disappointing 45.00 spent.I will NEVER spend my money here again- Little Caesars Hot n Ready is a better pizza than what I received from this place!! Avoid Guido's at all costs!! I wasnt going to give this place a star but I had to give atleast 1 to write the review.

Placed an order for delivery on a Tuesday night.

Had to call after waiting the 80-minute quoted time and I was told "We had 80 minutes and it's just about to leave."

I continued to wait 15 more minutes and upon answering the door, the delivery girl had the nerve to inform me that the ranch I asked for is normally an extra charge, but because they were running late that it was complimentary. ...gee thanks!

Upon opening the delivery bag to hand me my pizza and breadsticks, she realized that she had forgotten the breadsticks!

She told me she'd be right back and she never returned.

I tried calling the store, but no one answer.

Been good for me

Have had a few pizzas here. Counter help has been friendly and pizza is good.

I am the girlfriend!!!

In this economy today, you would think people would be extra nice and do everything they can to keep a customer. Well not this place!!!! I have worked in the restaraunt/bar business for 16 years, and NEVER in my life have been treated/ or could treat anyone this way. Now when I say this way(I'm referring to the review before mine from cruzcontrol.) We are both well established 30 somethings, that may look a little young for our age, but still earn the right to be treated respectfully. When I have to drive back to establishment because I am displeased with your service, there should be apologies on top of apologies. As well as maybe suggesting something else they could get us, or why are we so displeased. But instead we get a cocky young 20 something who when asked is this how he runs his place of business, decides to turn into a five year old bully. I was appauled at his behavior. And as far as his guido looking co-worker threatening my boyfriend. All I can say is you better pray your business can hang on in these times and with that kinda service, cuz that's probably the only kind of job you can sustain. I never wish bad things on people, but if word of mouth is the black plague to a business, then GUIDO's better find a vaccine....QUICK!!!

i'd give it a negative 5 stars if i could

my first and only order from this place was in dec 08. after about 50 min waiting for a delivery i called back to speak to the supervisor, he acted annoyed by my complaint and hung up on me. the pizza finally arrived nearly an hour after i ordered it. the pizza was cold and looked like gag vomit that you get at spencer's gift. i called back and asked for the supervisors name and he would not identify himself. he hung up on me and my girlfriend as we attempted to get a refund on the pizza. he also gave us a fake name which i verified with the owner of the Guido's franchises. keep reading, it get's better. my girlfriend and i personally had to drive the pizza back to them to get our refund. i confronted the supervisor in person about his lack of customer service. we exchanged pleasantries and did like he did on the phone. he walked away behind the wall where he couldn't be seen. as we walked out the door one of the employees yells at me saying "get the F- out of here before i split your f'ing head". probably the worst experience with a restaurant in my 33 years on this planet. otherwise a pretty good pizza place. after all this i went to Primo's on Meadowbrook, this is the best pizza place i know of in novi
