I never write reviews, but I thought I should inform people on the awful experience I have had with this store.I dropped my iPhone 5s about 6 months ago and shattered it, and then went to get it repaired at this store with the supposedly shatterproof screen. The first time they fixed it I immediately had horrible issues with the touch screen- it was like a ghost was controlling my touch screen, pressing buttons and scrolling and exiting out of things when I wasn't even touching the screen. I then called them about my problems and they were very generous in offering to replace the screen and try again for free. After driving out to the store twice from Brighton only to have it closed both times (once for a family emergency and a couple of days later for inclement weather), I finally was able get it replaced on the third try. My phone did not improve at all. I called once more and they replaced it a third time, which fixed it temporarily.I didn't have any problems until about a month ago, when I dropped my phone again and the supposedly shatter proof screen that I paid 200 dollars for cracked right down the middle. Now my phone is basically unusable. The touch screen is so glitchy that I can't even send a text. I go on twitter for two seconds before it scrolls around and exits out. Now I have no choice but to go buy a completely new phone for 300 dollars because I have absolutely no trust in these guys to fix my phone again.They seem like nice guys and were very helpful, but I would not trust the service at all. I will NEVER recommend this service, it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with it.
Great job, great service....still not the feel of a brand new iPad screen...the chamfer around home button was a little sharper
Use caution should you choose to work with them and take time to review your bills more importantly get a SOW. Techs are good and responsive, but the billing practices of Red Level Networks are less then desirable. Had an issue about being billed for time that should not have been billable, unfortunately it was not handled very well. Sent several emails including to the president of Red Level Networks no response from the president. Needless to say our company does not use them anymore.

They don't tell the truth, and have nothing worked after they touched it.
