WE were in local office and ended up switching to Geico. I am not a big fan of doing insurance online. the agent a young man really was able to go over our insurance and were able to move up our coverages while savings over $700 this year.
I already had a claim and geico was great. fast and rates did not go up. My vote is two thumbs up to Geico for opening local office.
The biggest thing I like about Geico is that I can push back my auto payments if one month I am cutting it close with money. I love the automatic payments because I don't have to worry about it. But things do come up. Thinking of people, not just profits...
Right by the Beltway, easy to get to. Young Agents, but very good and pleasant. long time auto policy holder. went to make payment and left with new homeowners policy. I called last month the main 800 number and they said they could not insure my home since it was worth over 400k?? At the office they asked me and I told them what happened. they were surprised. any way I now have home owners with Geico, feel better having local office to go to.
I even received a multi policy discount more savings like the commercial.

We have been with Geico for about 5 years and love it. I have searched other companies but the quotes are never close to what we pay Geico. One of the reasons why we went with Geico is because we are a military family. I always get great customer service anytime I have to call them. Geico isn't just great because its by far the cheapest policy out there for my needs, but the website and app are so easy to use, we started at the Baltimore office, good to have a live agent. You can easily update information with no confusion on app. I was able to update cars and addresses with ease. Also when you call them they're are very friendly and helpful in getting things done for you. I also like the auto pay feature, and say you have a money crisis they let you reschedule your payment. That is just awesome that they understand emergencies….Great Job!
I switched auto insurances because my pervious insurance was like a house payment, and not only are the prices reasonable their customer services is outstanding.I had a couple of problems when switching insurance and Geico's customer service team was eager and quick with helping me. I felt really like a valuable customer. went to local office on Belair rd and have very knowledge agent Tom that was a big help, easy and stressless. we ending up switching our townhouse home owners as well. and yes they did were very nice. had a small claim showing up on my mva record and they were able to offer us a discount due to my job as a teacher…
I had bought a used vehicle (03 Explorer) back in September 08. As most of us do when we buy a vehicle we shopped around for rates, as the current insurance I had at that time charged me 148.00 monthly, and I wanted to see what else could be done. I am 24 with no dings on my record of anykind. After checking with all the major (Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers etc) we stumbled to GEICO. I recieved a monthly rate of 111.07 from them, while others where upwards of 170.00 with not having the same coverage (higher deductibles, lower bodily/property/uninsured coverage). I had a policy adjustment today and my agent Tom was extremely helpful and friendly. All my concerns were put to rest plus he was very efficient and fast. More companies should have people like Tom to assist customers. I love how well I was treated.

just got my Geico bill and it was a bit high so I called them. I was told that prices have gone up. I wasn't too thrilled so I called around to some of the top 10 insurance companies and Geico had still beaten them with their price. I have been with them for 5 years and have had no problems with them. There customer service, time getting to you with money for claims has been top notch.

I absolutely love working with Geico. I have had several claims, and I have been utterly impressed with how well everything has gone. It's unbelievable how supportive these guys are both on the phone and in person. Not everything has gone smoothly always (things happen), but these guys are absolutely on my side and made a huge effort to take care of things immediately. Everything to my satisfaction.
In addition to their amazing service, I can't find better pricing anywhere else for similar coverage.

We recentley switch to Geico now that they have a local Agent. Allstate kept raising our rates so we shopped around. Geico was the best plus the local office were great showed us what coverages and types on insurance we should have and the ability to go to an office to see someone is all GOOD! my spouse said ""ITS A FAB.
