Ed has been a pleasure to work with. We hired him to put hardwood floors in our home and we couldn't be happier. Not only did he come in at the best price compared to 3 other companies, but he was professional and available to answer any question we had. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had the great displeasure of working with the owner of this company. After assuring me that he would give me the best price, he called me with a price that was higher than 3 other bids that I had gotten. I did my research, & got quotes from a total of 6 companies. I told him that I had gotten a better price elsewhere, & thanked him for his time. Several hours later he called back, questioning my other offer, because it couldn't be possible that someone reputable beat his price. When I told him about the other offer & also a quote that I got on ordering the carpet from a carpet wholesaler (it would be shipped to me & I'd pay somebody to install it), he called me a "liar!" After going back and forth and him telling me I "wasted his time" (how about my time that he wasted?), he hung up on me. I called back to continue the disagreement because I felt disrespected & did not get my whole side in, & he hung up on me again! Then I called back & gave him a few choice words. Very angry. Beware
