Horrible staff and experience. Actually had a Sales Manager scream profanities at me on the sales floor in front of other staff and customers, as well as children. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get ripped off. Feel free to read more about my experience here: https://goo.gl/aQZQp1

I went in with my checkbook to buy a new car. They did not have a car at their own advertised price - not even close and there was no explanation. I imagine this is typical of most dealers, but it undermines their credibility.
Let me start off by saying I love my truck!Ms. Lopez was outstanding!Everything else? Not so good. 1. After negotiating and signing, I found the truck listed on their website for $1,000 LESS the very next day. Their reason? Well, that depends on who you spoke to.The sales person said:It was a new guy who was supposed to remove the truck listing from the site, but instead posted the price. The Manager said:It was a system glitch that caused select vehicles to drop $1,000. Two different stories that both resulted in the same thing: The dealership telling me there was nothing they could or would do.2. We were told to bring in the insurance checks for the down payment. My other half was not going to be in town, and we were told it would be okay for me to sign the checks over using my other halfs name. I mentioned that my signing over the checks would be forgery, and the manager implied it wasn't an issue. I did not forge his name. I waited until he returned from his business trip, and went to pick up the truck on Friday.3. We arrange a time to pick up the truck on Friday. We get there. Hand the checks over. Then the manager comes over in his ever so polite manner, and says "These are 3rd party checks. We don't accept 3rd party checks." When we reminded him that he told us to bring the Metlife insurance checks, he said it was against policy, and he would never have told us to do that. The sales person chimed in that she told us to do that, which was true, but the manager also said it was okay and then the whole forgery conversation took place. He then asked us to just write a personal check, or put it on our credit card. My other half was upset and walked out to the car to cool down. When I was explaining why he was upset, the manager walked away from me in the middle of my sentence. This really upset me. We left. We had to decide if we wanted to continue the deal. This was turning out a disaster. I love the truck, and I was torn on cancelling the deal because I wanted it. We returned later that day with a check. 4. I left a message for Debbie Madden because I was worried that Ms. Lopez would be blamed and reprimanded for this situation. I requested Mrs. Madden return my call. She has yet to call me.So, overall, I would say Ms. Lopez is an excellent associate. The rest....extremely disappointing. We have two children who need cars in the near future, and we know for a fact we will not be returning to Jack Madden Ford. Nor will we recommend Jack Madden Ford to anyone.
Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!!This place is a scam! They will lie to you about anything and everything. Very Unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly I would have never imagined that a dealer this big could be so bad. I was lied to from the second I got there to the second I left. As soon as I signed the contract, sent on my way out like They were doing me a favor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Purchased a 2015 Fusion from John Thomas. No nonsense transaction. After almost 50 years of purchasing new automobiles Jack Madden Ford is a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give 0 stars, I would to this dealer. We went in person once and saw a car we liked and negotiated on the price. They said they were not sure if the car we liked was still available as it was on hold for the owner's sister. They said theywould check the availability of the car and also let us know if they can sell it to us at the price we were requesting. They called us back a couple of days later and agreed to the price and also said the car was available. We confirmed three times with them if the car was really available and they were 100% sure as we did not want to drive all the way to Norwood from Nashua if it wasn't the casebecause we did not want to relocate a car and pay extra. The lady put us on hold and confirmed with the salesperson who said the car is available at the price we agreed upon. We drove all the way there and it was a Sat. so it was a zoo in there.Everything was so dysfunctional. The front-desk manager was giving a bad attitude to the salespeople right in front of all the customers. The sales guy we were working with told us to go look at the lot for different colors. We were confused and said we already know what we want. He kept telling us to go take a look and that he's with another customer and needs 10 min. We went and came back then waited for over an hour because we couldn't find him initally. We asked the receptionist to page him and when he came back he said he is still with another customer and he's just trying to find a business manager that can handle them. After an hour of trying to locate a business manager, he finally came back after being told numerous times by the sales manager that he needed to assist us.When he came back he said the car is not available. I told him we clearly had asked and they confirmed it was over the phone which is why we came all the way here. He said I know but we texted the owner's sister to confirm and she said she does want it so I already located a car for you and it'll be here by next Friday. We said fine. Then as we start the paperwork, he brings over a sales manager that now said we cannot sell it to you at this price because it's going to cost us to bring the car. We said it's your mistake for not knowing the status of the car that's in your lot and telling us it's available when it really wasn't just to get us to come here. He wasn't willing to listen or agree...so at that point we decided to get out of there. It was one lie after another. As we were walking out I said this is really unacceptable and we will not be coming back here and give the place a bad review to which he responded with a mere "OK". So, I guess they don't care about customer service and will go to any extent and lie to get people in the door. Horrible place! We ended up buying a car from Herb Chamber in Boston and payed more than what we would have, but we're glad with the decision and outcome. Working with Boston Herb Chambers Toyota was seamless and they have great service.
If there were a zero star I would give them 'zero'. I was told I needed brakes, so brakes I got. Who knows if I needed brakes, doubtful. After a few miles I heard a noise, back to Dealership, they allegedly fixed the noise. The noise was back...this went on for 3 or 4 events. Then a discussion with a Manager, and i was told a 'pin was not installed'. NOT installed on BRAKES, and to come back because they didn't have the part. The part was available but they wanted me to come back. After 'discussion' the part was available and allegedly installed. Noise continued. A Dealership down the street inspected the brakes and said that part was NOT installed. Emails, letters to Ernie Boch ... useless .. a Service Manager said they would do nothing and didn't care that it was BRAKES, that he had already paid the mechanic.... So that's how much they value my life, your life etc. Makes u wonder how they sleep at night.
