NEVER AGAIN. Came in with a party of 6 for pre-wedding pampering and they cut off the brides nails when she asked for them to be shaped, then CHARGED HER for a full set!! My mother had recently gotten her nails done and only needed a polish change to French tips. They used white polish and a clear gel top coat and charged her for a full gel manicure.

And then argued, vehemently, that they did nothing wrong. They’ve lost customers since day 1. Including a group of 5 new customers we brought in with us today.

By far the worst nail salon I've been to. Granted the people were friendly, they did a lazy and horrible job. I asked for a gel manicure, they put acrylic nails on and tried charging me for the price of gel. When my nails were drying the man who did my nails came over to look at them, I watched him look directly at a nic in the polish and then nonchalantly walk away. He would not have fixed my polish if I didn't speak up. Also, the nails were poorly done and they fell off not even 4 days later. I will never come back and I do not reccomend this salon.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I asked for long nails, the woman said idk why you want your nails long they're fine short. I told her I wanted them long anyways & she didn't listen then told me they looked fine short lol. She painted my design then went over with the top coat and smudged everything... When I asked her to fix it she said "are you sure? It looks ok" ... I payed 34 $ to go home and take my crooked acrylics off that day.. Iv never been so frustrated

I really do love this nail salon and have gone there about 8-10 times. I've never had a bad experience until today when Sam did my nails. I was getting my nails done for my graduation and I wanted a 2015 on my ring finer. He rudely insisted I use a gold I picked out originally when my mom found one I liked better after I said I wanted the other one. He also got snippy when I asked him if he could do a grad cap or a paw saying I already paid the $5 for one design and I wasn't getting two when I would have paid for the extra. He did not talk to me besides that until it was time for me to get up and go dry my nails. I smudged my nail and he freaked out on me because he had to do the 2015 over again. All he had to do was write 2015 but he acted like I was in the wrong. He didn't even want to redo my nail but he did and didn't even bother to get the nail polish off properly. HES TERRIBLE! I recommend not going to Sam.

I highly recommend the salon! They are both professional and personable! They have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. The owner Julie is a highly professional person who cares about all your needs. I also highly recommend her her staff, Tony, Sam, Jesse, and Cherry! I have never been disappointed here and I believe they are very professional people and very caring individuals!

I've been coming here since they opened. They are always welcoming & never too busy at a time. Every nail technician and person who works there is so sweet, efficient & professional. They take care of their customers. They send me $5 off for my birthday! I will continue coming here. They always do amazing work. I recommend them to everyone.




They are really good & there is nothing better than getting a massage after nails are done but there is nothing worst to have the person in charge arguing with customers realizing she is wrong whispering to the customer she is wrongly arguing with than continue to argue bad business she knows she was wrong people go there to relax not to here drama or arguments specially knowing she was wrong not a good look she needs some training or move on let some else that can be professional handle it

Awesome pedicures....they really take the time to guarantee that you have a relaxing pedicure! I also get my nails done and they NEVER break...2 years running and no issues.
