Placed a order for delivery didn't get my full order I called and all I got was a rude person on the phone. So I ended up paying 18 dollars for a burger and a grinder would never order again from this place.

I just moved to CT in September, and Asylum St Pizza is by far my favorite sub shop (so far). Bread is fresh, and the staff is wicked nice (I'm from Massachusetts) . I was disappointed today though, there is no excuse for orange/yellow lettuce at the beginning of the business day. (There's really no excuse ever) Clearly they used last night's left over lettuce in my sub. I will continue to go back as I do not let one bad experience color my opinion. But two strikes and I might have to continue my search for a sub shop. I like consistency in my favorite places :)

Loved it - fresh made salads, grinders loaded and dough made daily....good people- clean!!! and fast!!

Is it really anything special?...

Is it really anything special? No, but the greek dude that works there used to tell my mom to visit Greece. "many beautiful beaches, archictecture, beautiful men, you like..". That is funny. Other cultures are funny. Also, the lady (his daughter? wife?) is very sweet and she has nice eyes. Lately a nephew or something has been working there, and they seem to also be dealing with a parent going through the later stages of life, with all the stresses that can bring to a family. I love the Ms. Pacman cabaret arcade machine, one of your classic arcade titles. What else would you really choose? Street Fighter 2? Good point, but it might still be just a pinch out of place, thematically, in a restaurant. I love the warmth of the sun on my back in the window corner, and the bullethole that's been there for years and years and years. Sometimes, America, you are alright. This is my second choice, overrall, in Norwich.
