I agree with Richard I have been experiencing problems receiving mail at my home for the past few years and it just keeps getting worse I've contacted the supervisors and spoke with them personally at the post office on Belden Avenue w/out any satisfaction last week the first week of December I did not receive mail for 2 days on the second day I received somebody else's mail but none of my own.

The customer service is extremely unhelpful and will not cooperate with their own national USPS customer support. We were sent to this office to work with Judy and she would not cooperate with what the national office told us that they would do, namely release a proof of delivery for a fraud case!!! It is not illegal to prove a package was delivered. This information is available online for every package regardless!!! There was an error with a package on their side. It's 2015, time to privatize the post office and remove this insane barrier that they like to call service.
The post office in Norwalk is operated by people who can't read or are too lazy to do the job. I work in a security position on Glover Avenue. This job keeps me busy enough, especially in the first half of my shift, and I'm having to deliver mail that has been put in the wrong mail boxes all because the crrier is too lazy or stupid to get it right. I'm about to start charging these idiots for my time. They don't answer the phone and I can't find an email address, so I'm having to do it this way. Brainiacs, fix this delivery problem or I'll start using the newspaper and radio to get my point across.
