        Dr. Halasz and Denise Gallo, APRN, FNP-BC provide general dermatologic care for the whole family. This includes treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, poison ivy, skin cancer screenings, skin tag removals, vitiligo, warts and much more. The office is a fully-equipped psoriasis treatment center. We offer a wide variety of phototherapy options for treating psoriasis, cutaneous lymphoma and vitiligo. Our office is modern, clean, and state of the art, with warm and caring staff. Denise has expanded our practice to include cosmetic services such as Botox, Juvederm, and Peels. Dr. Halasz and Denise participate with MEDICARE and most managed care programs, such as AETNA, ANTHEM, CIGNA, CONNECTICARE, OXFORD and UNITED HEALTHCARE.
