Basilio freely shares his knowledge with his students. No egos. Learning from a champion - is amazing, enough said! His jiu jitsu is from another planet! He and his sister Esther are awesome and friendly and run a great school. I love training there.
Out of all the jiu jitsu gyms that I have trained at in San Francisco, the instructors here are on another level. Solid instruction and my hands have never felt so quick. It's hard not to want to compete once you enroll at this gym. They have all you need to become a fighter here. From boxing to Brazilian jiu jitsu, it's the only martial arts gym in the area that has real fighters training there. This place will make your mma game more dynamic in every aspect.
The fitness center is world class! Lots of great quality equipment. I love the threadmills, very high-tech and great for shredding some fats!
My work relocated me so I could not continue with the classes. I had already paid $500 for only three classes yet they still held me to a contract. With only 3 classes under my belt I continue to get bills in the mail, each time with their fee increasing. It's now at $1,200! I have been to many schools but never have I seen one run so inconsiderate for their students. While the school may come well regarded, the place is run like a cut throat business.

I have trained under Master Shauer for many years. If you are looking a school to train in kung-fu,I highly recommend the Shaolin Wudang Association. It is known as one of the best schools in the US. I have trained in different schools in the past and I have to say the previous schools are not on the same level in terms of integrity, philosophy, patience and skill level than that of Master Schauer. You will not be disappointed in visiting and training at this school.
