Cara is so unprofessional about pricing. My mothers mom is dieing and i wanted to do something nice for her and cara offered to take care of her. She said it will be $110.00 yeah really it ended up being $175 it wasnt that great either i could do it myself! She wasnt kind at all when i called back in to tell her i think she over charged me. She kept saying sorry i didnt break down price for you. What kind of establishment charges there customers without telling them break down beforehand. I have been here before it is a miserable exsperience they gossip and it drives you crazy. I will call corporate and BBB and call board of cosmotology because this is horrible business. Cara is a Manager so she says this hair salon is in trouble with tjis kinda business practices! Ill make sure i file a complaint on Cara. As a business owner of 10 plus people I know we was treated very unfair. Oh yea her comment " you been here before" you should have known. That just made me so upset she thinks she can speak to customers like that!! She also said do you do anything to your hair. Mom showed her a picture of how she wanted her hair she hurt my moms feelings and said ok lets get back to the real world. A lady was in there talking about hurting somebody and stylist caring on with that client. The whole exsperience was awful!! We was told hour and half took 2 hours wasted whole day and my mother was miserable.Cara also pulled her hair over and over again with round brush and she ended up with headache same thing happened to me to embrassing to say anything to her because unlike her we care about others feelings. Worst exsperience ever had it wasnt the cost it was the unknown when i was charged plus making it sound like it was my fault. Also shes very rude and a day that should have been a day of relaxing and helping grieve this is what kinda service we got! Save your money highlightsalon on council shes the best 30 years exsperience trust me!!! Update her hair uneven one side short one side long. Bangs what in the world they are gapped. Cara go back to school learn how to cut hair. She pulled her hair so hard with the round brush she had a headache when we left. Stay away from this stylist if that's what you call her.

Wish I could give negative stars. STAY FAR AWAY. This place (stylist Jessica) admittedly botched my mom's dye job and then tried to make her pay for it weeks later when they promised she'd fix it. They are now attacking her online in Facebook comments when she reached out to them. Steer clear. You can find better service and quality skill elsewhere.

Previous salon turned my hair blue mistakenly, Connie took me in right before closing and saved my hair! Right before she closed on a Saturday evening! Highly recommend! I love Connie!

My stylist is nothing short of a miracle worker. I was so pleased to have walked into a salon and received exactly what I asked for and more. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Susie literal works magic. Bring in a picture of a style, and she nails it! Love love her! The location is easy to get to and have other services, cozy environment.

The stylist didn't cut my hair as I had asked her to-it's listening and paying attention to the customers that will keep them-I had asked for my hair to be layered in the back-common with an Asymmetrical bob-now I have layers all over my head, that I have to wait for it to grow out- NOT what I asked for or wanted-Will not go there again

Went to Great Clips for the second time in my life today and this experience was just as bad as the first time. I will not go back if it was free.

I HAVE KNOWN JAMI FOR 20 YEARS, SHE IS A GREAT STYLIST AND VERY SWEET. THE SALON IS VERY NICE AND THE STAFF ALWAYS MAKES EACH CLIENT FEEL LIKE THEY ARE SPECIAL

I have been going to the barber shop for about seven months and getting a great cut. I mentioned that I will be going to the hospital for follow up surgery. Kidding, I said are you going to come to the hospital and give me a hair cut? He looked me in the eye and said "yes I will, if you're in the hospital I will". I was speechless, he meant it. I am not often moved by customer service but, today I was. I will never go anywhere else.

I can not express how incredibly Impressed I was when I walked out the door after I had my hair done! Not only is this salon gorgeous inside, but they accommodate your EVERY need!!! I haven't trusted anyone to cut my hair in 4 years, and I won't ever let anyone but DAWN cut my hair again. If your looking for a modern chic and FABULOUS hair dresser, she is your fairy godmother!!
