Richard and his team were great to work with. They know the Atlanta market really well. He took care of all the details which was helpful. I will definitely use his services again!
Very easy to work with. Showed us several properties. Had very good rates for a nice home. Keep up the good work!
Great People. Got a good deal on a rental property in Stone Mountain. They where very easy to work with and I love the area.
Finding a local vacation rental manager can be really challenging as they can be SO picky. Rented makes it easy.
Innovative concept, great people, and a beautiful website! Highly recommend working with Rented.com.
Helped my family find the best rental management companies for both my Panama City beach and Gatlinburg vacation rental properties. Excellent customer service and this brilliant concept made for an all-around great experience. I would recommend their service to anyone who owns a Vacation Rental.
I have lived here for six months and will not renew my lease. I was a victim of crime twice in the six months that I have lived in this community. Clearly the gate is just for show. Cars (including mine) have been broken into, there was an armed robbery on the premises, a woman's apartment was kicked in. The staff in the leasing office is extremely slow. If you have an issue they will simply say, "I was just about to call you," when you follow up. Maintenance is slow. The only time anyone moves fast is if you are late in making payments. The apartments are nice inside, but overall, overpriced for the neighborhood with no amenities nearby and the crime within the neighborhood and surrounding community.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.I'm still waiting for the solution. The personnel at the higher positions turn a blind eye and don't solve the problems. From: KrisAnn Baker:firstname.lastname@example.orgSubject: RE: MaintenanceDate: October 19, 2015 at 12:52:02 PM EDTTo: Maribel Diaz:email@example.comMaribel,I am so sorry to hear about all of the difficulties you have experienced so far during your time at 100 Midtown. Our onsite property manager, Leonard Edmond should be reaching out to you shortly to discuss the situations that have occurred and work with you to help resolve any that are still ongoing.KrisAnn BakerRegional Marketing ManagerPierce Education PropertiesOffice: 404.891.1931P Please consider the environment before printing this emailFrom: Maribel Diaz Sent: Saturday, October 17, 2015 2:45 PMTo: KrisAnn BakerSubject: MaintenanceIt is incredible that after you sent a survey to get the opinions of the residents about Midtown Student Apartments, the maintenance issues on the building continue worsening. Nothing is working. I've given a lot of complaints since August 2015, and all is still same. 1. There is only a washer/dryer room in the garage with (one key) for the use of the entire residents. 2. The new washer/dryer room have a problem with the electrical voltage and sometimes, the digital board on the wall fails because there is no real internet connection. 3. The washer/dryer of each room is European, and mine broke in August. This appliance does not work to dry the clothes. Two times I've had to go to different places to wash and dry. People that in good faith have lent me their facilities: Homesuites Hotel/August, Georgia Tech Student Facilities/Adriana, October. 3. The elevators are the worst. If there is one in right conditions that can climb, is much to say. 4. Oh my, God, the dirty floors are caused by poor cleaning performance! This situation is also seen in the exit stairs of each floor. 5. The maintenance of the rug in the common facilities of the G floor is a disaster. It has dust particles everywhere, especially when they decide to do a new project and drill a wall. 6. Another thing, the floor of the garage close to the washer and dryer room is covered by pigeon droppings. These cause a dangerous disease when you are in contact with it. The garage is an open space and it lacks of security. It's shame. I never will recommend these apartments to someone is looking for new apartments, and my review will be on Yelp and other websites. Thanks,Maribel Díaz
