I've been getting my oil changed at this location on both of my vehicles for about six years. I am an actual and previously satisfied customer.

Things have changed, along with the oil. I stopped to get my oil and filter changed, as I do every 3000 miles, at this location. I use the synthetic oil, which is not cheap. Everything went okay, until the technician completed the oil change and began to drive my car off of the hydraulic lift. As the guy began driving, he forgot to remove the lift supports, and he tore my entire $1,200 Stillen, custom stainless steel exhaust system off of my car. Yep, as I was standing there, I watched as my exhaust system was ripped from my car. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was livid. But worse than the mistake, was zero reaction from the technician! No apology, no explanation, nothing - they are either incompetent, stupid, uncaring, or all of the above! Their attitude spoke volumes of what they think of their customers . . .

I immediately went next door to Davis, who owns the oil change facility to complain. I personally saw Jim Davis sitting at his desk, and I'm certain that he was aware of their screw up, did he acknowledge me, my problem, their mistake? No, nothing, same lack of response as the oil change idiot, a seriously bad customer service attitude. The fish really does rot from the top down!

The Davis tech reinstalled my exhaust without charge, but the damage was done. You know what else? They had the testes to inform me that my car needed an additional $2,500 in repairs done to the underside of my car. What? Seriously? I came in for a "quick" oil change, and because of your idiotic oil change guy, I now need thousands of dollars in repairs? Let me get this straight, you seriously damage my car, and you want to profit from it? I don't think so!

You know what else I don't think? I don't think I will ever return to this terrible oil change garage, or Davis Auto "Care".
