Today was my first time visiting this lovely little store. Everyone was friendly. The store is well laid out and items and settings are well coordinated. I thought the pricing was exceptional for the quality. They had nice furniture and housewares today. Like all consignment/resale, it's probably hit and miss. I was quite pleased. I will be returning.

My spouse and I have been bringing and buying items at Home To Home since 2010. Every time we go in there the staff, and the owner, are super nice. When we bring in items to sell, they suggest the best price and how the discounts work on the items. Sometime we disagree and they make adjustments, but most of the time, they are spot on. We have been to a lot of consignment stores, but Home To Home always has the best turn over and quality items. They are open everyday at 10am but closed on Sundays. That would be great if they could open 7 days, but most nights open till 7pm makes up for Sunday. Great price and quality items, can't beat that or the service. Thanks to Home To Home, our home always looks fresh.

This used to be a great store when it first opened, however, it has gone through many owner changes in the past 10 years. The first owners gave you a 60/40 split and when you brought in your items, you were given an itemized listing on your first trip. You knew right away what your items were being sold for. Nowadays, it's a 50/50 split, but on Wednesdays, they sell everything in the store for 20% off. Also, they can't keep up with everything being brought in, so they mark things down low to start with just so it will go quickly. All of their policies are very owner friendly, but not very customer friendly. They have improved their hours of operation by staying open on Mondays now, but you'll make lots of trips to the store in order to drop off your items, come back later to pick up your itemized sheet, and come back on Friday's only to pick up your money. The old owners used to pay out whenever you came in and you knew right away what the items were going to be priced at. By having to return for your sheet, sometimes your items have already sold at a really low price before you even knew what they had priced it at. In 2009 the manager changed the store policy without notifying the customers that they were going to charge $1.00 for every item brought into the store for sale. I only found this out when I went to get my payout. I stopped going there at that point. I believe that it is the store's responsibility to let consigners know that the policy is being changed. They failed to do that.



If you are a buyer, you can get some good deals there, but as a consigner, you are being ripped off.
