Randy regularly provides sub work on our GC projects around the Southland. He and his team are our first call on any hard stone, concrete or grout work. They have the experience tools and wherewithal to properly handle all of our projects. We have literally never had a problem with them and in fact found them about 10 years ago after our previous grout contractor really messed up a project and we needed someone to fix it. They did and the rest is history.

I had used Randy's company for two previous jobs in my houses in the past, so when my new house needed grout help, I immediately looked through my past records and found his number. I was excited when I called him and talked to him again. He was like an old friend. We talked on two separate occasions to determine an appointment time we could both work with. The day came and no one showed up and no phone call to let me know there was a problem. I called Randy and he explained his crew had car trouble and he apologized for the lack of even a phone call. Because of my history with Randy, I was completely understanding and told Randy of my desire to reschedule the appointment as soon as he was available. Later in the week I called Randy back for the reschedule and Randy told me he would have to call me back as soon as he could. After playing phone tag several times in the week, I have to say I am very disappointed. Randy has all but blown me off completely. I have had to start my search all over again for someone to touch up, clean and seal my grout.
