Discount Bin Rental

These people are unreliable, incompetent and try try to rip you off!
I am a contractor and needed two dumpsters at a high end property in Tarzana. First they missed several pick up deadlines. Then after threatening them that we will sell the 40cu yard container to a different company they finally picked it up on a saturday. On Monday i am getting a call were they are claiming the container was 1.5 tons over weight. Here's the deal with that. The container, which was allowed for 4 tons contained ONLY leaves from trees. So those guys are telling me that those leaves weigh over 5 tons. After i clearly denied them the charge, they charged my card immediately anyway. Needless to say i disputed the charge right away and closed the card. Don't give them you CC info!!!!!

The second container is still there! Again we threatened that we sell the container. Maybe they don't want their container.

One important info is that the company's "network" is extremely complex? We rented all containers from "discount bin rental", yet the big one came from "LA Roll Off" which has the same address and fax number but a different phone number. Yet the unauthorized charge they made to my card came from another different company.

I will also file a BBB complaint.

The dumpster was delivered on time and the driver was extremely helpful. He unloaded the dumpster exactly where I wanted.

Definitely going to use them again.

Very rude on phone. Put me on hold for six minutes. When I called back later, in the middle of my order, did the same thing. I decided to use Discount Bins price to negotiate a better price elsewhere. I don't trust this place based on my experience with this rude, ignorant employee.
