A sales guy keep calling me -Tim- and leaving messages over the past 3 weeks for a company in Wisconsin (I'm in Indiana -a quick check by him of area code would've told him that)! Then I call him to tell him of his error and he's totally RUDE and hangs up on me!!!!! He sounded nice enough on the messages, but BEWARE - he isn't really nice at all!!!
Customer service is non existence. Non us biased company. The let the very players of there online games be the game moderators. The cheats, hacks and bot`s for there games are widely known yet they refuse to do anything about the cheating. The aledged effort they say they make against the cheats are never realized in game. there claims of account action for cheating is not verified. day in and day out the same cheaters use the same cheats and bigpoint (specificly dark orbit) dose nothing. The customer support is rude and nasty in tone and action. They treat customers that pay for the game as fools. My direct experience is one of abuse at the hands of chat and game moderators. Abuse by forum moderators by deleting post made asking for resolution to the issues with the game management.. My recommendation is to keep your wallet and your children as far away from any bigpoint experience as you can
The technician is highly recommended for his savy skills and great, great character. He is always happy to answer my questions so I give him an A-plus for that as well.

Everything you want in a local business - excellent service, pricing, and most of all - a customer approach that made sure we were happy with the final product. I don't know why anyone would ever schedule a genius bar appt again. We took our old MACs and traded for a new one, complete with all our programs uploaded and ready to go. Seamless and friendly transactions. Highly recommended!
