This place is a joke. Don't work here or sign your elderly family memeber up for services. Prospective employees: you will be told all these wonderful things, you'll be promised a unicorn that shits rainbows and cupcakes. None of that will happen. You will work non stop as soon as you complain you will receive a screeching and berating call from the owner stating you will be fire or your shift will be cut for a few weeks to teach you a lesson. Care givers that are scheduled to show up may or may not come. If they don't you will be stuck there unless they make whoever the second scheduler is to come out cuz it definitely won't be the main one she doesn't do anything. Also prepare to not be paid on time or have checks bounce.Prospective Clients: I know they will bring you in with their amazing low rates for hourly and 24 hour care, I'll admit Mrs. Davis knew what she was doing with that. But don't fall for it. Spend the little bit of extra cash and have the benefit of knowing that you will get what you pay for. Those cheaper rates means what it always does with lower pricing on things. You going to get shoody care, caregivers who may steal from you and will show right back up after you notified Mrs Davis of what happened. You'll also get a phone call from Mrs Davis stating she more then likely has noone else to come so your stuck with that same person that stole from you or left your loved one at home alone for hours. Caregivers may or may not show up when required. You will be charged in advance for services not received.When you try to get that money back Mrs. Davis will have a whole list of falsified hours that weren't worked in order to keep your money.Go with another company one that will make sure to be upstanding and not scam and con you.

The service is quick, efficient and friendly. The sales staff listens to our needs and suggests solutions. We recommend Integrated to anyone who needs assistance with daily living procedures.
I have dealt with Integrated previously when my mother passed away returning items she had. They made it real easy. Then when I needed my Respironics breathing machine, they dealt with my insurance , Blue Cross and my doctor.They did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience and were very professional. Great job!

This company sells Respironics oxygen concentrators but will not service mine because it was not purchased at their store. What kind of customer service is that? You would think they would welcome additional business (repair or otherwise) but instead are turning it away. Stupid!
I needed foot surgery and my doctor sent Integrated Home Care Services a prescription for a knee caddy. I had multiple conversations with the staff at Integrated prior to picking up the caddy. First they said they never got the prescription. I had this conversation with a staffmember twice. My doctor's office had to send them the prescription three times. Then I was told that the price would be $40 per week but I was billed $150.00 for three weeks. I was told by a staff member before I picked up the caddy that they had contacted the insurance company and they confirmed that the knee caddy rental would be covered. I usually receive a claim statement from my insurance company within a few days of the service. After one month I had still not received the claim information so I called Integrated. They said that my claim was denied but the insurance company has no record of receiving a claim. I have had Blue Cross for ten years and they have always paid claims immediately. If coverage had been denied they would still send out a claim notification. The staff seems to be very disorganized. I would not recommend this company.
